IMPORTANT WARNING/CAUTIiON

Before charging, please ensure the charging port is dry and free from liquid. Do not charge the headphones immediately after sports as any residual sweat at the charging portmay damage the circuit of the headphones. Do not use the headphones at a high volume for an extended period, your hearing may be damagedand the sound may also be distorted at a super high volume. This product contains small parts which may be a choking hazard. It is not suitable for children under age 3.  This product contains magnetic material. Consult your physician on whether this might affect your
implantable medical device. Do not make unauthorized alterations to this product.Use this product only with an agency approved power supply that meets local regulatory requirements(e.g, UL CSA, VDE, CCC).Do not expose this product to hot temperature, smoke, or fume least it may catch fire. Do not throw this product into fire lest the battery may explode when overheated. The Bluetooth word mark and logos are registered trademarks owned by Bluetooth SiIG, Inc.

WARRANTY TERMS
Klatre Innovation Corporation (“Klatre”) warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from Klatre or a Klatre authorized reseller. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift andshall not be extended to any other person or transferee. The warranty is valid from the date of a period of 2 years for bone conduction headphones. In the case of a covered warranty defect, Klatrewill at its option:

  1. repair the product using new or refurbished parts;
  2. replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product
  3. provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the product.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain Warranty Service, please contact the authorized reseller from which you purchased the product or visit our Support pages for further information about Warranty Service. The product must be returned to the authorized reseller or Klatre in its original packaging, if possible, or packaging affording an equal degree of protection. The following information must be presented to obtain

Warranty Service:

  1. The defective product
  2. Proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the order number, name and address of the authorized reseller (if you buy products from them), date of purchase and product series
  3. Reason for return.
