• Do I just turn on my white noise app from my phone and play it through the earbuds for a quiet night of sleep?
  I would imagine it should work just fine in that use case. I have several different apps I use for sound when I’m sleeping with these, some white noise, some deep sleep bandwidth, and some just instrumental music. I rotate through these according to my mood and all apps play through the buds.

• How much playing time do you get on a single charge?
  You can play music for about 4.5 hours on a single charge and sleep comfortably all night. With the included charging case, playback time is about 27 hours.

• How do you tell when the battery in your true wireless earbuds is full?
  The charging case’s front has an LED indicator that flashes red during charging and stays red when fully charged. NOTE: In order to prevent the problem of losing the earbuds’ “auto power on and off” features, it is crucial to keep the case charged at all times.

• My true wireless earphones won’t connect, why?
  If the battery in your headphones is low, they might not be able to pair.
