How to wear

How to wear

Step1: Insert the earbud so the eartip gently rests into your ear canal.
NOTE: Each eartip or earbud is marked with either an L (left) or an R (right) (Pic1)
Step2: Slightly rotate the earbud back until the eartip creates a comfortable seal at your ear canal.
Step3: Tuck the top of the eartip wing under your ear ridge.

How to wear

  1. Use a mirror to make sure you’re using the best size of eartips and earbuds caps for each ear.
  2. The eartip gently rests at the opening of your ear canal to create a comfortable seal. Background noise should sound muffled.
  3. The eartip wing doesn’t stick out or feel squished under your ear ridge.
    Note: You may need to try all three eartip sizes or use a different size eartip for each ear.

Change the eartips and earbud caps
How to wear

  1. Holding the earbud, gently stretch the earbud cap and peel it away from the earbud nozzle.
  2. Holding the earbud, gently stretch the eartip and peel it away from the earbud body.
  3. Choose the new size of eartips and earbud caps.
  4. Align the earbud nozzle with the back of the eartip, and slide the earbud nozzle into the eartip.
  5. Align the earbud nozzle with the back of the earbud cap, and slide the earbud nozzle into the earbud cap.
  6. Gently stretch the eartips and earbud caps, and press down until all clicks securely into place.

To prevent tearing, please don’t pull too violently.

How to use

Power on

Method 1:
Take out the headset from charging base, they will power on automatically and with the prompt tone “Power On”.

Method 2:
When the earbuds is off, tap and hold the Touch Control Area for 2 seconds, the LED Indicator of earbuds will flash quickly and power on with the prompt tone “Power On”.

Power off

Method 1:
Put the earbuds back into the charging case, the earbuds will power off automatically.

Method 2:
When the earbuds is on, tap the Touch Control Area for 5 times continuous-ly, the LED Indicator of earbuds will flash 3 times and power off.

Note: When the both earbuds are equipped, tap one of the earbuds for 5 times continuously to turn it off, the another will power off simultaneously. But then you power on the one, the another will not power on.

Connecting smart devices

  1. When the earbuds power on, open the Bluetooth list of smart devices, search and connect the headset named “L29”.
  2. When the earbuds power off, take out the earbuds from the charging base and turn it on automatically (or tap and hold the Touch Control Area for 2 seconds to turn on the earbuds), open the Bluetooth list of smart devices, search and connect the headset named “L29”.

Tip1:
Remove the headset from the charging box, and the headset will automatically connect back to the last smart device successfully connected.

Tip2:
When the headset and the smart device are disconnected beyond the effective distance, return to the effective distance within 3 minutes and automatically reconnect.

TWS pairing

  1. When using the earbuds for the first time, take out the headset from the charging base and turn it on automatically. The left and right earbuds enter the automatic TWS pairing. open the Bluetooth list of smart devices, search and connect the headset named “L29”.
  2. If your earbuds fails to pair each other, or if you accidentally get single earbud paired with the device, please reset to factory setting as per instructions below:
  3. Delete all “L29” records on the devices, then turn off the Bluetooth.
  4. Take out the earbuds from charging base and power on automatically, then tap both of the earbuds 3 times quickly at the same time till two earbuds flash quickly, the earbuds enter TWS pairing
  5. After TWS pairing, search find “L29” in the Bluetooth list on your device and connect

Music playing

Play/Pause: Double-tap the Touch Control Area of left/ right earbud
Next song: Tap the Touch Control Area of left earbud for 4 times quickly
Volume +: Triple-tap the Touch Control Area of right earbud
Volume -: Triple-tap the Touch Control Area of left earbud

Call operation

Answer: When the call comes in, tap the Touch Control of left/ right earbud to answer
Hang up: When calling, tap the Touch Control Area of left/ right earbud to hang up
Reject: When the call comes in, tap and hold the Touch Control Area of left/ right earbud for 1 second.
Tip: During a call, you can adjust the volume through the smart device.

Low latency game

Operating when connected to a smart device

  1. Tap the Touch Control Area of right earbud and with the prompt tone “Game Mode”.
  2. Tap the Touch Control Area of right earbud and with the prompt tone “Music Mode”. Note: The default is “Music Mode”.
    for 4 times quickly to enter the game mode
    for 4 times quickly to enter the music mode

Switch between Chinese and English

Ensure the earbuds powered on and didn’t pairing with the smart device, tap the Touch Control Area of left/right earbud for 4 times quickly to switch the language. The default is English.

How to Charge

Charge the earbuds

  1. Ensure align the charging contacts on the earbud with the charging pins on the charging case, put the earbuds into the charging case, they will power off and be charged automatically. When the LED of earbuds light up and stay on, it means that the earbuds are being charged from charging case.
  2. The light will turn off when the earbuds are fully charged.

Charge the charging case

Please use the 5V/1A adapter to charge the charging case. Connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB-C port. Connect the other end to a USB-A wall charger or other USB interface (not provided). The charging case status lights glow.
