DISASSEMBLY -
Using a T50 Torx, unbolt the front seats. Lean seats back and disconnect the 2 connectors from bottom.

Run red power wire down firewall, and follow the Jeeps frame watching for pinch points, or exhaust components. Locate the passengers grommet floor hole. Secure wire with included zip ties. Slide grommet over red power wire and install grommet.
-
Run white power wire across engine bay from vehicle specific fuse holder, following the firewall across, going over the brake booster and down the firewall. Follow the Jeeps frame watching for pinch points, or exhaust components to drivers grommet floor hole. Secure wire with included zip ties. Slide grommet over white power wire and install grommet.
-
Mount the black ground wire to the factory ground points in the kick panels with a 10 mm socket. Scrape paint away from ground mounting location to expose bare metal. The ground wires ring terminal must be placed against the metal of the vehicle. Run ground wire to under seats.
-
Using a pull rod, route the RCA and remote wire cable from the radio cavity then under the center console, the 4-channel cabling goes to the drivers side, the Subwoofer route to the passengers side.
-
Route subwoofer wire under trim until you reach the rear bench seat. Then pull up carpet, and route wires under carpet into the cargo area and connect to subwoofer box. Use caution to avoid the scissor mechanism used to fold the seat down.
-
Mount the amplifiers to amp racks, using hook and loop tape position rack in the vehicle with the rear bracket feet over the seats rear
-
Terminate cables with proper connector for the style of amplifier being used. Connect cables and RCAs to the amp. We recommend using InstallBay PN: IBLUGT, and IBFCRIMPER to terminate the ferrules.
-
Disconnect the interface harness from vehicle side plug (A), connect the audio t-harness before the aftermarket interface harness (B). Plug one end the T-Harness into the aftermarket radio interface (C), and the other end into the vehicle harness. Plug the two 4 pin Molex connectors from the amplifier into the 4 pin Molex connectors (D) on the T-harness, matching the wire colors. For this application the loose speaker wire will not be used. Tape and secure them.
-
Connect the four channels of RCA directly into the RCA outputs of the aftermarket radio, (front left, front right, rear left, rear right). Connect the subwoofer RCA to the sub output of the aftermarket radio, and connect the remote turn on wires to the remote of the aftermarket radio. (E)
