HOW TO DISABLE THE FLASHING RED INDICATOR LIGHT
Put the headphones in pairing mode (i.e., red and blue flashing) and then push the volume down button to turn off the LED indicator light. Put the headphones off after doing this, then turn them back on and connect them to your device as usual.
