Charging
Please fully charge your watch before initial use.
- Insert the USB plug of the charging cable into a USB charger.
- Attach the other end to the charging contacts on the back of the watch.
Installing the F Fit App
You can download F Fit from App Store/Google Play or scan the QR code on your watch to download. Note: F Fit app is only compatible with smartphones, not tablets or PCs.
