HOW TO USE

WIRELESS PAIRING

  1. Power on the headphones to automatically enter pairing mode. The LED will flash orange and green.
  2. Enable Bluetooth® functionality on your compatible device and select “SOUNDHAVEN BC” from the menu. A connected notification will play when the headphones have been successfully paired.
  3. To manually enter pairing mode, hold the power button for 3 seconds.
  4. To manually disconnect, turn off Bluetooth on your connected device or remove the headphones from the device list.
  5. To reset the previously connected devices from the headphone memory, press and hold the multifunction button for 7 seconds.

GETTING STARTED

POWER

  1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to a USB power adapter (not included).
  2.  Lift the flap covering the USB-C charging port on the right side of the headphones and plug the other end of the USB-C charging cable into the port.
  3. The LED indicator will light up orange when charging and will turn green when fully charged. It will turn red when the battery is low.

TURN ON/OFF

  1. To turn on the headphones, press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds. The LED will flash green 3 times.
  2. To run off the headphones, press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds. The LED will flash orange 3 times.

CALL FUNCTIONS

  • To answer an incoming call. single press the multifunction button.
  • To end a call, single press the multifunction button.
  • To reject a call, press and hold the multifunction button for 1 second.
  • To transfer a call, double press the multifunction button.
  • To answer another call and put the previous call on hold, quickly double press the multifunction button twice.
  • To switch between calls, quickly single press the multifunction button twice.
  • To end the active call and answer the incoming call, quickly press the multifunction button

MUSIC FUNCTIONS

  • To play or pause music, press the multifunction button once.
  • To play the previous song, press and hold the minus ( – ) button for 3 seconds.
  • To skip to the next song, press and hold the plus (+) button for 3 seconds.
  • To raise the volume, press the plus (+) button once.
  • To lower the volume, press the minus (-) button once.

VOICE ASSIST ANT

To activate your voice assistant, quickly press the multifunction button 3 times.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY WARNINGS:

  • This product contains batteries that are non-replaceable.
  • There is a risk of fire and personal injury if the battery is punctured, damaged, or misused.
  • Do not dismantle, crush, incinerate or short-circuit the battery.
  • Never expose the battery to extreme temperatures or moisture.
  • Keep away from flammable materials and direct sunlight.
  • Only charge using the provided charger, cable, and/or adapters. The rechargeable battery is only to be charged by an adult.
  • Adult supervision is required while charging the battery.
  • Allow the battery to cool to room temperature before charging.
  • Charge on a non-flammable surface and keep away from flammable products.
  • Discontinue charging if the battery becomes hot, swells, smokes, or gives off a strong odor.
  • Battery chargers used with the product are to be regularly examined for damage to the cord, plug, enclosure, and other parts. In the event of such damage, chargers must not be used until the damage has been repaired.
  • Recycle or dispose of batteries according to federal, state, and local laws.
  • Keep these instructions for future reference.

  • Not a children’s item. Keep out of reach of children.
  • Listening to loud music for extended periods of time may damage hearing.
  • Do not use earbuds while driving.
  • Always pay attention to your surroundings while using your earbuds.
  • Charge only with the included charging case and cables.
  • Do not expose to extreme temperatures or leave in direct sunlight.
  • Thoroughly inspect earbuds and cases before every use. If items appear worn, frayed, splintered, cracked, or broken in any manner, discontinue use immediately.
