Safety Instructions
Read and follow the safety instructions below
- Use the product with the provided power adapter only.
- Be careful of static electricity during installation and usage and keep away from sharp objects and strong corrosive chemicals.
- Avoid installing the product near potentially dangerous sources (e.g., candles, liquid-filled objects).
- Do not allow children to assemble and install this product without adult supervision.
- Wait for a period of time to install the product after attaching the mounting clips in order to get maximum adhesion.
Introduction
Thanks for choosing Govee RGBIC Neon TV Backlight, which includes a 3-meter- long strip light and 2 types of mounting clips, making it suitable for 65-75 inch TVs (for overage of 3 sides) and 48-55 inch TVs (for coverage of 4 sides). The design of the neon light strip projects soft and bright lighting effects at a 45-degree angle from the back of your TV, bringing a more immersive experience to your daily entertainment. If you connect this backlight with Govee Home App or voice assistants such as Alexa and Google Assistant, you can free up your hands to enjoy a smarter life.

Installing Your Device
Before You Install
- Unpack the box and check all items included.
- Unroll the strip light and plug it into power to confirm it lights up.
Tip: This product is not suitable for back panels with a very uneven surface.
Installing Steps
- Wipe the back panel of the TV to make sure its surface is dry and clean before attaching the mounting clips.
- Select positioning cards A or B, based on the size of your TV, and follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide to install the strip lightly with mounting clips.
- After the installation, adjust the strip light’s position based on the actual situation. Make sure the control box is in a suitable and accessible location, plug the strip into power, and enjoy!

Pairing Your Device with Govee Home App
What You Need
- A Wi-Fi router supporting the 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands. 5GHz is not supported.
Pairing Instructions
- Download Movie Home App from App Store (iOS)or Google Play (Android).
- Open the app, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner, and search for “H61B2. “
- Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
Controlling the Device with Your Voice
- Open the app, then tap the device icon to enter its details page.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
- Select “User Guide” and follow the on-screen instructions to set up voice control.

Troubleshooting

Cannot connect to Gove Home App.

Make sure the device is powered on.

Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth has been enabled, or try connecting with another smartphone.

When connecting for the first time, ensure your smartphone is near the device.

If the connection error still exists, please delete the connected device from “My Devices” on the app.

Reconnect to Gove Home App by following the instructions provided previously.

Wi-Fi disconnected or failed to connect.

Check if the device is powered on.

Do not skip connecting to Wi-Fi during the pairing process.
Ensure your Wi-Fi router is 2.4GHz capable (5GHz is not supported). -
Make sure the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct.

Try connecting the device with a smartphone hotspot to check if your home network is working properly.

Shorten the distance between the device and the Wi-Fi router to less than 1m, then try reconnecting.

Cannot pair or connect with Alexa or Google Assistant.

Ensure the stability of the Wi-Fi connection.

Go to the App Settings page and follow the instructions under “User Guide” to pair the device again.

Part of the strip light failed to display the selected color./Some LED beads do not light up.

Contact customer service for rapid product replacement.

Part of the strip light is not securely fastened.

Follow the instructions as shown in the image to re-install the strip light to make sure it is fully fixed into the mounting clips.
