Cox Communications Cisco Webex
This guide instructs you on how to download the Cisco Webex for Cox Business app to your PC or mobile device.
Caution:
Do not attempt to log into Cisco Webex before the Cox order is completed.
Important:
If you have an existing Cisco Webex account with your Cox Business email,
please visit Cancel Your Webex Plan to delete the account before you upload
the new app.
How do I download Cisco Webex for Cox Business on my mobile device?
You have two options to download the Cisco Webex app to your mobile device.
Follow the steps below or scan the barcode. (Figure 1.)
- Enter Cisco Webex in your app’s search field and tap the Webex Business app.(Note: There are multiple Cisco Webex apps, so be sure you select Webex Business.)
- Tap the download icon.
- When the download is finished, tap the Open button. (Figure 1.) (Note: If you see a Get started button, tap it to advance to the next screen.)
- Enter your MyAccount email address (which will be your username) and tap the Next button. (Figure 2.) Result: The Cox password screen appears*. (Figure 3.)
- Enter and re-enter your MyAccount password and tap the Submit button to access the app.
If you do not see the Cox password screen, do not proceed. Contact technical support at 1-866-597-5306.
How do I download Cisco Webex for Cox Business on my desktop?
Use the following steps to download the Cisco Webex app to your desktop.

Log in to MyAccount.

From the Welcome page, scroll down to the My Services section.

Click the Voice tab.

Click the Voice Tools icon.

Scroll to the Applications panel, and click the Download Webex App link/icon.

Click the Webex app for the Desktop link.
Note: You may also download the app for mobile or tablet via MyAccount. Result: A confirmation pop-up appears. (Figure 4).

Click the OK button to proceed with the download.
Result: You are prompted to enter your email address. -
Enter your MyAccount email address and click the Next button. (Figure 5.) Result: The Cox dialog box appears.

Enter your MyAccount password and click the Submit button to access the app.(Figure 6.)
