Initial Set Up & Pairing

  • Open Case.
  • Remove earbuds and remove paperfilm from the bottom.
  • Place earbuds back into charging case and leave closed for 15 minutes before first pair.
  • Remove earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically go into pairing mode indicated by alternating red/white flashing on one of the earbuds.
  • Select “Redemption ANC 2” from your device’s Bluetooth menu.
  • Once paired, simply removing earbuds from the case will automatically pair to your device
  • Download the House of Marley app on your devices app store for added app store for added functionality.
Battery Life:
  • Tap case to check battery level. LEDs on case will indicate status.
Force pair to New Device
  • Open case lid and place earbuds in ears, tap either earbud 5 times, the pairing mode will sound and alternating red/white LED on earbud will begin.

Reset Earbuds to Factory Settings

  • Remove earbuds from case. Press and hold on each earbud for 10 seconds to force earbud to power off (3 red flashes will indicate power off).
  • Wait 10 seconds
  • Press and hold on both earbuds until white/ red flashing is showing, continue to hold until earbuds flash red 3 times and power off.
  • Return earbuds to case and close lid.
  • Upon opening charging case, earbuds will be reset to factory settings.
