I need a new head replacement? It not sharp enough for me****
Don’t know the answer but Braum is not a company that I would recommend. I did not haver a pleasant experience with this company, and stopped using the product due to their lack of response to questions that I send them, several times. Horrible company to do business with.
How long does the cartridge last in the cleaner?****
Although it depends on the bathroom conditions and the pollution of the cleaning station, you can expect our cleaning cartridges to last around 3-4 weeks.
Why purchase this is there are no replacement heads? What if Braun doesn’t ever manufacturer them?****
Trusting that by then they will make enough extra heads to sell them separately. Traditional sales model, make the razor to sell the blades.
The top image shows a trimmer and 2 combs but the bottom image shows a trimmer and 5 combs. Which is correct?****
This model would come with the 1 comb, however the other combs will be available for separate purchase soon.

How does the smart care stand work?****
You connect the stub remover head. Then insert it upside down into the stand. Then, connect the stand to the power cord and that chord to the power outlet. There is a button to the top of the stand, press this and it connects to the bottom of the shaver. This engages the rinse and charger cycle of the shaver. There is blue light that comes in at the top of the mixture at the bottom of the stand is good. If the light goes yellow it’s getting closer to the end of its life. If it turns red, then that mixture is done. I use isopropyl alcohol and some Lemmon essential oil as my replacement mixture.
Is there a drying function in clean and charge station? I want to only dry the shaver in the station.****
No there is not. You have to go though the entire wash cycle. If You want to dry your razor after cleaning it, remove the screen and run it a minute or so while shaking it.
Can you use shave gel with this?****
Manufactures say it’s a wet or dry shaver. I just shower and dry off. By the time the coffee gets going my face is dry so I don’t use any gel or soap, I don’t need it.
Can you adjust the closeness?****
No you cannot. I suggest using a pre-shave lotion to protect your skin.

The cleaning solution is a proprietary blend of specific substances that helps ensure your shaver is cleaned and lubricated.
Where do you get replacement blades?****
We currently aren’t selling replacement heads for our Series 6 6075c.

Our Braun Series 6 shaver has a voltage of 100-240 V. Our Smart Plug, which is included with this device, converts the current to the voltage the device needs. However, you may still need an adapter to plug your device in.
Can the shaver be charged without the bulky charging stand? Can the cord be lugged directly into the razor?****
Yes, you can use your SmartPlug to charge your shaver directly without having to use the clean and charge station.
On razor where does it show that battery is full?****
The light goes out when fully charged. You will know when it needs charging as it stops working, no other options. The last Braun in this model line I would ever recommend.
Can I get a replacement charging cord? I can’t find anywhere to buy it.****

Does this model also include body trimmer?****
No.
What replacement blade does this take?****
Braun 53B shaving head. Braun has advised that it is not yet in stock as these are new shavers. Should not need it for 18 months. I find this shaver shaves as close as a higher priced Braun model and much closer than a rotary.
