CONNECTING BLUETOOTH & TRUE WIRELESS (TWS)
- To turn on, long press the multi-function buttons on both speakers until you hear the turn-on beep. The speakers will connect to each other automatically. A short beep indicates successful true wireless (TWS) interconnection between the speakers.
- The speakers are now in pairing mode, signaled by the blue LED indicator on the main speaker and by the flashing LED indicator on the additional speaker.
- Open the Bluetooth setting on your device and select “RAZE 2 twins” in the list of available devices.
- The device now connects to the speakers. A beep again announces successful connection and the LED indicators on both speakers will stop flashing.
- For re-connection to a previously paired device it is enough just to turn on both the speakers and they will automatically connect to it.
The speakers can also be used as separate mono-speakers and connected to a
Bluetooth device, each of them individually. For independent connection,
switch on the required speaker with a long press of the multi-function button
and then continue as for Bluetooth connection.
For re-interconnection of both speakers turn them off and turn them on again.
They will automatically interconnect.
FACTORY SETTINGS
In case that loudspeakers fail to connect to each other after they have been switched on or in case of other technical issues, reset the loudspeakers to the factory settings. Press the multi-function button on each loudspeaker three times in a row. An acoustic prompt will announce the successful connection and one of the buttons will flash blue, while the other blue button will stay lit. Loudspeakers can now be paired again with your device.

• Long press moves back to previous track.
CHARGING
For maximum battery life we recommend fully charging it before using the
speaker for the first time. It will take about 3 hours to fully charge the
speaker.
The LED indicators will signal the battery’s low charge by flashing red. To
charge the speakers connect the included micro USB cable to the charging ports
and then to any charging adaptor (5 volts and not less than 0.8 amp output) or
to a PC’s USB. During charging the LED indicator is red, and this turns off
when fully charged.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What might be the cause behind poor or intermittent audio?
When in an open area, the Bluetooth-connected speaker has a problem-free
range of 10 meters. Longer distances may result in degraded quality or
stability of the audio signal. Make sure that the speaker is within range of
the connected device and that the Bluetooth signal is not exposed to any
interference.
Why does the speaker spontaneously turn off?
The speaker has a power save mode. When inactive for a longer time (no
connection to any Bluetooth device) the speaker will automatically turn off to
save battery power. Reactivate the speaker with the power button.
What to do when the speaker cannot connect to a previously paired device?
First remove the speaker from the list of available devices in the
Bluetooth setting of your device and then give the multi-function button two
short presses to reset the Bluetooth connection. Then repeat the Bluetooth
connection process.
What to do when the speaker cannot be turned on?
Connect the speaker to the battery charger and try to turn it on again
after a few minutes.
