Cleanline CL1076 Detectable Beerline Cleaner
Cleanline Detectable Beerline Cleaner is a chlorinated alkaline detergent with colour indicating additive specifically formulated to clean beer dispensing lines.

SAFE HANDLING:
Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling, dispensing and
using chemicals.
PRODUCT USAGE
Regular treatment will keep lines clear and reduce the possibility of fogging of the beer occurring.
Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for detailed information and immediate
first aid measures including medical emergency helpline number.
Store safely away from customers, especially children and keep in a cool place
away from direct sunlight.
Use chemical resistant gloves and eye/face protection as indicated in the
SDS.
Disconnect the beer dispensing line and flush with clean water in to a bucket.
Prepare cleaning solution: Add 75ml of Detectable Beerline Cleaner per 3 litre of fresh water.
Draw the cleaning solution through the dispenser line/tap until the liquid solution becomes visibly purple.
Leave beer line to soak between 5 to 30 minutes depending on the level of soiling.
Draw off the cleaning solution and check the colour. Dispose of the used solution immediately and responsibly, never on the bar or in reach of customers.
If the colour is not purple repeat the cleaning process (steps 2 to 5) until the purple colour is evident.
FLUSH: Remove the cleaning solution by flushing the beerline with clean water until there is no trace of colour in the rinse water.
FINAL FLUSH: To ensure no traces remain in the system draw a further 5 litres of clean water then reconnect beer dispensing line.
| IMPORTANT: NEVER MIX WITH ANY OTHER CHEMICALS. MIXING A CHLORINE
CONTAINING CHEMICAL WITH ANY FORM OF ACID WILL GENERATE THE RELEASE OF
CHLORINE GAS.
