USE

  1. Power on the watch by pressing the Control Button (1) for approximately 3 seconds. If the watch does not react, you will need to charge it.

  2. Activate the display on the watch by pressing the Control Button (1) or by turning your wrist into the upright position (this function must be first turned on in the app).

  3. Swipe up to view notifications. Select any individual notification to read it from the list. By swiping to the final notification page, you may erase all notifications. Swipe right or press the Control Button (1) to arrive at the home page.

  4. Swipe right to arrive at the watch menu. Select any given icon to open that application. Swipe right or press the Control Button (1) to go back.

  5. Swipe down to open the quick view menu. Here you may turn on ‘do not disturb’ mode, check if the watch is paired with your telephone, change the brightness level, and quickly access the settings menu. Swipe right or press the Control Button (1) to arrive at the home page.

  6. Swipe left to open an overview of your activity that day, your heartbeat rate, and information about your sleep.

  7. The clock face may be changed by pressing and holding the display. There are four clock faces for you to choose from, you may view them all by swiping either right or left through the options. Select a clock face by pressing and holding it. There are other clock faces available in the FitcloudPro app.

  8. Power off the smart watch by pressing the Control Button (1) for approximately 3 seconds. The watch will vibrate as it turns off.

PAIRING THE WATCH TO YOUR MOBILE PHONE

  1. Download the FitcloudPro application from Google Play (supported by Android 5.0 and newer) or the App store (supported by iOS 9.0 and newer). The application is only accessible for mobile devices.
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
  3. If the watch is powered off, power it on by pressing and holding the Control Button (1).
  4. Open the application -> More, -> Add a device -> select NCBPIXEL from the available devices.

SYNCHRONIZATION

Always perform synchronization with the watch in order to display all current values and statistics or in order to store your settings in your mobile device. Synchronization will automatically take place when the mobile application is opened, or you may synchronize within the mobile app by pressing the watch icon in the upper left-hand corner on the application home page.

WATCH DISPLAY

  1. Initial display: press and hold the display to open the initial display options (Swipe left to move through the clock faces, press and hold one clock face to select it). You can find other available clock faces in the FitcloudPro app.

  2. Data: information about the number of steps you’ve taken as well as the number of kilometres travelled, and calories burned.

  3. Sports: you can choose between a number of sports – walking, running, cycling, hiking, basketball, yoga, and the elliptical machine. Once the GPS has connected successfully, the watch will begin tracking your position. Swipe up/down to view the options for display tracking. You may pause your activity by swiping right or by pressing the Control Button (2). Press the green icon to continue tracking your activity, press the red icon to finish your activity

  4. Sporting activities: information about your latest sporting activities.

  5. Heart rate: the measuring of your heart rate will automatically begin (you can view your current heart rate on the watch display). Heart rate measuring takes approx. 40 seconds to complete. Swipe up to open a graph showing that day’s measured figures. Once the watch is synchronized with your telephone, your heart rate values will also be displayed in the FitcloudPro application. You may turn off the function of regular heart rate measuring in the application’s settings (More -> Heart rate test frequency).

  6. Sleep: you may examine the period during which you engaged in deep and light sleep, as well as how long you slept, on the watch. You must first synchronize the watch with the application on your phone for the sleep monitoring function to apply. Information regarding your sleep will then be displayed on the watch.

  7. Blood pressure: the measuring of your blood pressure will automatically begin (you can view your current heart rate on the watch display).

  8. Blood oxygenation: the measuring of your blood oxygenation will automatically begin (you can view your current heart rate on the watch display).

  9. Menstruation cycle: displays data regarding your menstruation cycle. This function can be turned on in the application.

  10. Music controls: use the music controls to change tracks on your phone. If your music player is turned off, the watch will automatically launch the last music played your used. If you already have a music application open, the watch will control music within that application.

  11. Weather: the weather is updated once synchronized with the application.

  12. Stopwatch: activate by pressing the red icon, then press the red icon again to pause. Press the white icon to reset the stopwatch.

  13. Timer: the timer has several default modes (1/3/5/10/20/30/60/120 minutes), press the “+” icon to set a custom time. The timer format is set at HH:MM:SS.

  14. Messages: incoming messages and notifications are displayed here. The notifications for individual applications can be set in the FitcloudPro application.

  15. Find my phone: press this icon to begin searching for your telephone.

    a. Clock faces – set the clock face on the watch
    b. Brightness – option to choose between 5 brightness levels
    c. Light up display – the display may be set to light up between 5 and 9 seconds. The higher limit you choose, the faster the battery will die.

  18. Vibrations: vibration intensity settings. Three are three vibration intensity settings, as well as the option to completely turn of vibrations (level 0)

  19. Language: the watch may be used in a number of different languages. Available languages: Czech, Slovak, English, German, Hungarian, Russian, Italian, French, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese.

  20. QR code: QR code with a link to the FitcloudPro application.

  21. System
    a. Information: information regarding the name, Mac address, software version, and UI version
    b. Power off: the watch may be powered off by pressing and holding the control button
    c. Watch reset: all personal data on the watch is erased

OTHER FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE MOBILE APP FITCLOUDPRO

The mobile application FITCLOUDPRO offers a variety of other functions:
Clock faces: the clock face on the watch may be adjusted.
Click on a clock face in the app to change the clock face on the watch.
Warning: you may set which notifications will be displayed on the watch (notifications may be set for any application installed on your telephone). With the call notifications turned on, you may decline an incoming call by pressing the red icon.
Heart rate test frequency: you may set the automatic heart rate function and its intervals in the application. You may then view your results in the application.
Screen display turns on when your rotate your wrist: the fitness band may be set to turn on/off the display when you rotate your wrist upright. you may set a time limit (from/ to) for when this function should be active.
Alarm: 5 various alarms may be set within the app. The watch will begin to vibrate at the set time. Turn off the alarm by pressing and holding the touch display.
Drink water mode: you may set notifications in the application to remind you to consume liquids. After selecting the reminder you may set the interval and the beginning/end of the reminder.
Take a photo: you can use the watch to take photos on your camera. You may only use this function when using a camera that has been integrated into the FitcloudPro application.
Activity invitation: in the app you may set a reminder to invite you to stretch or perform some sort of activity (ex. perfect for people who spend most their work day sitting). After selecting the reminder you may set the interval and the beginning/end of the reminder.
Search: function used to make the watch vibrate. The watch must be paired with your telephone for this function to work. Do not disturb mode: may be turned on in the app. You watch will not notify you of incoming notifications during this time.
Units settings: you may choose between the metric and imperial systems.

CHARGING

The battery status is displayed by the battery symbol on the watch’s home screen display. Connect the magnetic charging connector to the pins on the underside of the watch to charge. Then connect the USB connector to a PC or to any other type of adapter, for example, that of a mobile phone (we recommend an output current of at least 1A and 5V voltage). The watchtakes approximately 3 hours to fully charge.

This product meets all basic EU regulation requirements placed upon it. Avoid places with a strong magnetic field, and do not subject the device to direct flames. Do not take the device apart and do not attempt to repair the device on your own. Do not introduce the device to temperatures higher  than 45°C.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

The watch is showing the incorrect time after I power it off and on again
It is necessary that you synchronize the watch with your telephone before each use if it has been powered off or ran out of battery.

The watch won’t connect to the application on my mobile telephone
First, ensure you have managed to successfully pair the watch with your mobile telephone. Hold the watch and your mobile telephone close together when pairing. Don’t forget to turn on Bluetooth on your mobile telephone. Once paired, the Bluetooth connection has a range of up to 10 meters between your telephone and the watch, meaning the watch needs to remain within range of your telephone.

The watch doesn’t show notifications for incoming calls, SMS, etc.
Notifications must be turned on in the FitcloudPro application. Also, it is necessary for the FitcloudPro application to be granted access to notifications within the settings of your mobile telephone, and that you turn on the application within the correct RAM memory on your telephone (lock the application within the correct RAM).

What devices can I connect the watch to?
The watch may connect to any device with an operating system of Android 4.4 (and newer) and iOS 8.2 (and newer), which has Bluetooth 4.0 (and higher). The application is only accessible for mobile devices.

Can I switch out the watch band?
Yes, the band is interchangeable, and you can even use a band with a different fastening system and width of 22 mm.
The watch is no longer working correctly after I updated the firmware. What should I do now?
You may restart the watch if you encounter problems with its functionality.

Is the watch watertight?
The Niceboy X-fit Watch Pixel is IP68 certified, meaning it is completely resistant to any penetration by dust or water, i.e. watertight while under fresh water and at depths of up to 30 metres for a maximum of 2 hours.
