DIGITUS DS-55319 Click and Present Mini Wireless Presentation System
Introduction
With the Wireless Presentation System, you can wirelessly transmit HDMI video and audio signals in Full HD over a distance of up to 50 m with an unobstructed view. Operation and installation are super simple. Real Plug & Play – Just plug in and get started. With additional transmitters (DS-55320), the set can be extended to up to 16 transmitter units (total). Switch to the desired transmitter quickly and easily at the press of a button in order to reproduce your content. You can also share content directly from your mobile device (smartphone/tablet) using your device’s OS directly, no additional app is required. The transmitter and receiver can be supplied with power via your device’s HDMI connection (0.5A required), or alternatively (additionally) with the enclosed Micro USB cable via the USB connection of your notebook, PC, etc. Thanks to the compact design of the transmitter and receiver, installation is easy, quick, and can be customized – the perfect solution for meeting and conference rooms.

Installation
Receiver Installation

Connect with TV or projector
- Connect the Receiver HDMI Unit with the big screen TV or projectors HDMI jack
- Connect the Micro USB port of the Receiver to the USB port of the TV through the Wifi USB connection/power supply cable.

Connect to Internet

Connect the Receiver SSID with your smart devices, the SSID and password are shown on the left upper corner of the screen

Open the browser with your phone, and input the IP address which shows on the left upper corner of the screen to enter to the Receivers management platform
Remark: when connect to the router, the IP address will be updated accordingly -
Select the network and connect in the management platform, the Receiver Unit will link to the network and show the network SSID on the middle of the screen (to get a better performance, we recommend connecting with 5G router) The platform will list all your wireless router SSID, select the SSID from the wireless router and enter the password. The Receiver Unit will link to the network and show the network SSID on the middle of the receiver screen (to get a better performance, we recommend connecting with 5G router)

Transmitter Installation
- Connect the Transmitters HDMI Unit to PC HDMI port Remark: If the source device HDMI has a 5V power output, then there is no need to connect a USB cable for power. If not, please connect the Transmitter with PC by USB cable for power.
- The LED indicator of the Transmitter will turn red when it’s booting up.
- The LED indicator will become blue and flashing when it is ready to stream
- Click the button to start casting, the LED indicator will become constant blue
Pairing Transmitter and Receiver
A set of the Wireless HDMI Extender Set includes one receiver and one transmitter, which are paired before shipment. Normally you don’t need to pair them again. However, if you buy an additional transmitter, you need to follow the instruction below to pair the new transmitter with the receiver.
- Power on receiver and connect with display
- Power on the transmitter till the LED turn to flash red, then press the button up to 5 seconds till the LED become fast flashing red, this means the transmitter unit is in factory reset mode.
- Wait around 15 seconds, the button light of the Transmitter will turn to constant blue from the red light, and the pair successful message will be displayed on the Receiver Unit screen

Connect the Transmitter HDMI Unit to a PC HDMI port
Remark: if the source devices HDMI with 5V power output, then there is no need to connect a USB cable for power, if not, please connect the Transmitter Unit with PC by USB cable for power. To have a safe and stable operation, we recommend to use always the Micro USB cable for power supply of TX and RX -
The LED indicator of the Transmitter will turn red when it’s booting up

Streaming from smart devices (smartphone/tablet)
Remark: If a HDMI Transmitter (TX) is connected with the HDMI Receiver
(RX), please unpair/disconnect the TX and the RX by press the button on TX
first, start screen will be shown. Then you can connect a mobile device.
Priority is HDMI Transmitter (TX) before mobile device (smartphone/tablet).
When a mobile device is connected and you want to switch to HDMI transmitter,
just press the button on TX to share. You don’t need to disconnect mobile
device first.
IOS Devices:
- Search RX (Receiver) SSID and connect in Wifi settings. (SSID: DIGITUS…, Password: 12345678), the is SSID shown on the left upper corner of the RX start screen
- Use the screen mirroring function of the smartphone
- Choose RX (Receiver) DIGITUS-… to start sharing
Android devices:
- Make sure the Wi-Fi of your android device is activated/available
- Go to the Mirror/Share/Cast function of the smartphone
- Choose RX (Receiver) DIGITUS-… to start sharing
Remark: there are different names on different brands of phones or tablets: WIFI Display, WLAN Display, Wireless Display, Allshare Display, Allshare Cast, Wireless Display, MirriorShare, etc.
