Preparing for Wall Mounting

To prepare your monitor for wall mounting, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the power switch next to the power input is set to On.
  2. Connect one end of the power cable to the AC power input.

Accessing Quick Function Buttons
To access the quick function buttons, follow these steps:

  • Use the control buttons to navigate through the menu.
  • Adjust settings such as black balance, picture mode, crosshair style, and gaming configurations.

Configuring Settings

Configure various settings on your monitor:

  • Bild (Picture): Adjust brightness, contrast, gamma, color temperature, and select different picture modes.
  • Display: Configure display settings such as brightness, contrast, input selection, gamma, and color temperature.
  • System: Customize system settings including audio, OSD settings, quick switch functions, and language preferences.

Preparing Your Monitor for Wall Mounting

Note: Only mount the monitor with a VESA-compatible (100 x 100 mm) wall mount. Refer to the provided installation guide for the number and size of VESA mounting screws: 4 x M4 x 10 mm minimum.

Using the Device

Powering On/Off
Ensure that the power switch next to the power input is set to On.

Powered On

  1. Connect one end of the power cable to the AC power input on the back of the monitor.
  2. Connect the other end of the power cable to an electrical outlet.
  3. Press the power button to turn on the device. The operation LED will light up white, indicating that the monitor is ready for use.

Powered Off

Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the monitor.

Note: If the main menu appears on the screen, you can also turn off the monitor by pressing the power button down. See page 9 for reference.

Operation

Selecting Input Source

  1. Access the Input menu by pressing the control button right.
  2. Move the control button to select the desired input source and press the control button to confirm.

Quick Menu

Access the quick menu functions as follows:

  • Access the Black Equalizer menu by pressing the control button down.
  • Adjust the setting using the control button and press the control button to confirm.

Repeat the steps for other functions such as Image Mode and Crosshair, by navigating the control button in the respective directions and selecting the desired option.

Function Key Guide
Press to display the main menu. Then, use the control button to select the desired function and configure the relevant settings. For the Game Assist menu, once the main menu appears on the screen, press the control button right to access the Game Assist menu and configure settings like GAME Info, Gaming Timer, Refresh Rate, Display Orientation, and Info Position.

Gaming
Configure gaming settings such as resolution, black equalizer, crosshair, overdrive, refresh rate, and FreeSync. Descriptions for each setting are provided, including their effects on gameplay and image quality.

Image
Configure image settings for different scenarios like Standard, Gaming, Movie, Reading, sRGB, User-defined, and ECO modes. Descriptions for each mode are included, highlighting the intended use and benefits.
