Introduction

Affix the electrode pads and connection line to the TENS unit; (Full charged before use.)
Do not overlap the pads when applying each set of pads on clean, dry, and healthy skin (free of sweat or oil) around the painful area;
Press the switch button to turn on the TENS unit for approximately 3 seconds;
Set the time; a 30-minute timer is the default. Every press will result in an additional five minutes;
Choose one of the 25 available modes. (Massage-like techniques include kneading, beating, pressing, shiatsu, manipulation, rubbing, tapping, and masseuse circulation.)
Set the P1 and P2 channels’ individual intensities when using dual channels.
