Frequently Asked Questions
Truck driver having lower leg\ankle swelling after long drives. Will this unit help?****
I also have lymphedema in my both legs, ankles, and feet. I didn’t find any claim this device would help that issue and after using the EMS Modes It does make my feet and calves feel better though and my minor foot neuropathy seems a bit improved. Check with your PCP for more advice but for swelling what mine suggested was wearing over the calf support socks while driving to help reduce swelling.
What is the difference between the different models?****
The electrical pulse on higher models will be stronger. You will feel the shock intensify, so make sure you start at a lower level and turn it up to level that’s comfortable to you.
Does it work on 220v?****
I don’t believe it works on 220V. I have used it on 110V.
How do I buy the electrode? I don’t need the pad. I need the piece that actually plugs into the machine that the pad goes onto.****
Sorry to tell that the replacement electrode is out of stock at this moment, I will update you once available.
Can you use this if you have a pacemaker?****
Please do NOT use this pulse foot massager device if you have a pacemaker.
What setting is good for neuropathy in the feet ?****
When the device is turned on, the EMS and tens units will work directly to help you alleviate neuropathy in the foot.
Does this foot massager the same as a tens unit?****
Yes, it adopts EMS and TENS technology. What’s more, it is a FDA registered product which can be found on FDA official website. So you can buy our foot massager with confidence.
Does this come with wall plug, or need batteries?****
This foot circulation massager comes with a charger, it does not need batteries for this machine.
Is unit wide enough larger person to use? Is feet pads very close together, larger people have a hard time putting feet together!****
No Limitation for the foot size. Even if your toes is out of the footpad, but the main part of your soles is on the machine, so you still can feel the pulse stimulation on your whole feet.
Is using an EMS foot massager healthy?****
EMS works by gently stimulating healthy muscles, causing them to contract and relax, momentarily increasing local blood flow and relieving pain. Muscle performance is enhanced and facilitated by stimulating healthy muscles.
Do vibrating foot massagers promote blood flow?****
Whole-body vibration has been proven to enhance levels of feel-good chemicals, lessen foot discomfort, improve circulation in the lower extremities, promote joint flexibility, and strengthen the muscles in your legs, to name a few benefits.
