Before Use

Choose the right angle and eartips.

Connect

1. Open the cover for pairing and close the cover for charging.
2. After open the phone Bluetooth, Click the to Pairing.

Reset

If the earbuds has any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds.

1. Delete the BT pairing information on the phone.
2. Take the earbuds into the charging case to charge.
3. Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds.

(If the above operation does not work, please try again)

• X2: Click 2 times
• 2S： Press and hold for 2 seconds

Problem handling

1. Can be connected but there is no sound:
   Click the earbud volume key to increase the volume.

2. One of earbuds cannot be charge
   Clean the charging contact of the earbuds and the charging case.

3. One of the earbuds cannot be connected
   Reset the earbuds.

If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact us to send a new product.

Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case to avoid charging failures.

How do I connect to my phone?****

Make sure ‘Bluetooth’ is on in your phone and BX17 should show up as a nearby device, click on scan (it will automatically be there, to click when you have Bluetooth open. It will connect automatically.

How is the quality of the microphone of this earbuds, whether the call is clear?****

When I called with my friends, I can hear very clearly with my friends, so I think the quality of the microphone of this wireless Bluetooth earbuds is very good.

How about Bluetooth connectivity?****

There are 3 buttons on each side of the earphone, if you want to pause/start a song, please click the button at the bottom.

Yes, BX17 wireless headphones are compatible with different system equipment, including Galaxy S20.

I’m not sure I haven’t tried to pair on my watch and I don’t have Samsung galaxy watch4 mine is Samsung galaxy watch 2. Probably you can try if it is.

Can you answer calls and have a conversation with only 1 earbud in?****

A single headphones can make a call, click the MFB button once to answer/hang up the call, long press for 2 seconds to reject the call.

Is there a caller ID function?****

There will be a ringtone when there is an incoming call. You only need to click the button at the bottom to answer/hang up the call. There is no caller ID function.

Can the case charge a phone?****

I am very sorry that the charging case of these wireless headphones cannot charge the phone.

Are these compatible with an iPhone14?****
