INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Plug and Play Led Tube
Prepare for Installation
- Check the ballast installed in the field and make sure the ballast is in the manufacturer’s ballast list.
- Loose and damaged lamp holders and sockets need to be adjusted or replaced.
Direct Replacement Procedure

Turn off the power to the light fixture at the breaker pane! before installation.

Open the diffuser from the light fixture.

Remove the fluorescent tubes. Please dispose of these items properly as they contain mercury.

Put led tube into the lighting fixture. Ensure pins are firmly seated in lamp holders.

Put led tube into the lighting fixture. Ensure pins are firmly seated in lamp holders.

Put led tube into the lighting fixture. Ensure pins are firmly seated in lamp holders.

Install the LED tubes, close the diffuser.

Switch on power to the fixture.
Dimming operation circle without ballast
Step 1: Turn on the on/off switch, if the user wants to use the maximum
brightness, no need any operation will be applied.
Step 2: If user wants a certain brightness, the user needs to turn on the
on/off switch again and the maximum brightness of 100% of the tube will be
reached at the beginning of this time, then the brightness will go down to 10%
of the maximum brightness within 5 seconds, it will reach a certain lumen as
user’s demand in the 5 seconds by pushing the on/off switch again, if not
pushing the on/off switch in 5 seconds, the brightness of the tube will go
from 10% to 100%, the user also can make the decision of the brightness within
this 5 seconds.
Step 3: If the user makes the decision by pushing the on/off switch to
off in the 5 seconds as above and turns the on/off switch in the next 20
seconds, the demanded brightness will be applied from that time.
Step 4: If the user didn’t follow step 3 pushing the on/off switch, the
100% of brightness will be applied, if the user wants to make demand
brightness again, the new operation circle needs to be conducted.
If with ordinary ballast, the lamp is at 100% brightness.
WARNING
- Risk of fire and electronic shock.
- This lamp can work with existing instant-start, rapid start, programmed start, dimming start, and emergency ballast as manufacturer ballast list.
- These lamps are to be used in indoor damp locations only.
- If the lamp or luminaire exhibits undesirable operation (Buzzing, Flickering, etc), immediately turn off the power, remove the lamp from the luminaire, and contact the manufacturer.
- Loose or damaged sockets or lamp holders need to be adjusted or replaced before installation.
- Do not make mass installation before sample testing.
