ARVIKA 7000-AF Bike Rack

- TIME : Installation is estimated to take 1 hour. It may vary depending on the trailer condition and potential obstacles like propane lines and electrical wires, skills, and experience.
- TOOLS NEEDED : Ratchet or wrenches with the following dimensions: 3/8, 1/2, 9/16.
- SECURE VEHICLE: For your safety, make sure the travel trailer you are installing the racking on is not connected to a vehicle and is immobilized on a flat and leveled surface. The wheels must be immobilized by using stoppers or any other appropriate and secure method.
- A-FRAME INSPECTION : Inspect the A-Frame to make sure it can accept the bike rack. It must be clean and needs to have free space for the lower posts (7000AF).
CHOOSE KIT IN FUNCTION OF YOUR BIKE RACK
WARNING
Make sure that any parts of the rack or the bicycles don’t interfere with any
parts of the trailer or towing vehicle when turning. Always use the nylon
straps to secure the bike wheels.
Instructions for standard bike gutters
IMPORTANT
Always install the wheel stoppers on the outermost gutter.
Note: Bike rack shown on 7000-AF. Refer to your mounting brackets installation guide for specific steps.
Instructions for fat bike gutters
*QUANTITY WILL VARY DEPENDING ON BIKE RACK OPTIONS
- 5’’ GUTTER FOR FAT BIKE FROM 4.5’’ TO 5.5’’
- 3’’ GUTTER FOR FAT BIKE FROM 2’’ TO 4.5’’

OPERATING THE BIKE RACK
ARMS / BRAS
After securely placing your bikes within the designated gutters, the next step
is to affix them to one of the support arms. You have the flexibility to
fasten them using either the bike’s frame (see Figure A), the bench (see
Figure B), or even the front of your bicycle (see Figure C), ensuring a secure
and reliable attachment.
