INTRODUCTION Using LED (Light Emitting Diode) technology and powered by the sun, this solar light is ideal for highlighting garden contours, pathways and driveways. During the day, the solar panel on top of the light charge the battery inside. At dusk, the solar light will turn on automatically using the stored energy from the sun.
POSITIONING YOUR SOLAR LIGHT Your solar light includes a built-in photo sensor, which detects the level of surrounding natural light and controls when the light will automatically switch on and off. Solar light should be placed away from other night time light sources including other solar lights, as this might keep the light from automatically turning on at dusk. Solar light must be located in an area where the solar panel will receive a maximum amount of full, direct sunlight every day. Solar light should be exposed to at least 8 hours of direct sunlight each day to fully charge the battery inside. Shady locations will not allow the battery to charge fully and will reduce the hours of night time light. The performance of your solar light is dependent on your geographical location, weather conditions and seasonal lighting availability. On cloudy days and during winter, your solar light will not receive as much direct sunlight, resulting in reduced brightness and reduced operating time.

FIRST TIME USE Step 1 : Move the pull tap .Slide the ON/OFF switch to the ON position. Step 2: Your solar light will then automatically switch on at dusk and charge during daylight hours.
INSTALLATION This light can be installed in soft ground or into a hard surface SOFT GROUND INSTALLATION Step 1: Locate an area where you wish to place the light and insert stake into the ground. Insert stake leaving approximately 10cm length above the ground’s surface. If the ground is hard, soften by soaking area with water first or gently tap the stake into the ground using a rubber mallet. Step 2: Remove mounting base from the bottom of the assemble pole and gently place light down. Step 3: Attach mounting base over the center of the installed ground stake. Step 4: To complete installation, re-attach the assembled solar light into the opening at the top of the mounting base. HARD SURFACE INSTALLATION Step 1: Remove mounting base from the bottom of the assembled pole and gently place light down. Step 2: Using a pencil place marks through the 3 holes located around the edge of the mounting base. Step 3: Remove the base from position and drill a hole at the 3 points marked, large enough to fit the plastic anchors inside.

NB: Before drilling holes, it is recommended that you first check the light effect at night to ensure you are happy with the position yo have chosen for installation. Be sure to also check that the location will receive direct sunlight each day to charge the battery. Step 4: Place plastic anchors into each hole. Step 5: Re-position the mounting base onto the surface, aligning the holes with the plastic anchors. Step 6: Using a screwdriver, insert screws through the 3 holes on the mounting base and into the plastic anchors. Tighten screws to secure the mounting base onto the surface. Step 7: To complete installation, re-attach the assembled solar light into the opening at the top of the mounting base.
NB: If mounting onto a timber surface, plastic anchors are not required. Simply drill the screws directly into the surface through the holes on the mounting base
BATTERY REPLACEMENT Step 1: Detach light cover from the top of the lens section by twisting it in an anticlockwise direction and gently lifting off. Step 2: Lift off the battery lid and replace old battery with new rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. IMPORTANT : When the battery life is exhausted, the battery must be recycled or disposed of properly. DO NOT DISPOSE OF BATTERY IN FIRE Step 3: Replace battery lid, and replace light cover back onto the lens section.
TROUBLESHOOTING If your solar light does not automatically turn on at night, it may be caused by one of the following conditions: 1. ON/OFF switch is not in ON position. Slide the switch to ON position. 2. Battery is not fully charged or needs replacing 3. Battery may not have been installed correctly. Check to ensure that the battery is not loose and has been installed the correct way 4. Solar light might be positioned in a shaded location, limiting its exposure to the sun and not allowing the battery to fully charge 5. Solar light might be too close to another night time light source, including another solar light. 6. Solar panel may be dirty, limiting its exposure to the sun and not allowing the battery to fully charge. Clean the top surface of the solar panel regularly with a dampened cloth or paper towel If your solar light only lights up for a few hours in stand-by mode, the solar panel may not be receiving enough sunlight to fully charge the battery

INSTALLATION DE SURFACE DURE Étape 1 : Retirez la base de montage du bas du poteau assemblé et placez doucement la lumière vers le bas.

Étape 2 : L’utilisation d’un crayon marque les 3 trous situés sur le bord de la base de montage. Étape 3 : Retirez la base de la position et percez un trou aux 3 points marqués,assez grand pour s’adapter aux chevilles en plastique à l’intérieur. NB : Avant de percer les trous, il est recommandé que vous vérifiez d’abord l’effet de lumière la nuit pour s’assurer que vous êtes satisfait de la position choisie pour l’installation.Veillez également à vérifier que l’emplacement recevra la lumière directe du soleil chaque jour pour charger la batterie. Étape 4 : Placez les chevilles en plastique dans chaque trou. Étape 5 : Reclassez la base de montage sur la surface, en alignant les trous avec les ancres en plastique. Étape 6 : À l’aide d’un tournevis, insérez les vis a travers les 3 trous de la base de montage et dans les chevilles en plastique. Serrez les vis pour fixer la base de montage sur la surface. Étape 7 : Pour terminer l’installation, réattachez la lumière solaire assemblée dans l’ouverture en haut de la base de montage. POSITIONIERUNG IHRER SOLARLEUCHTE Ihre Solarleuchte verfügt über einen eingebauten Fotosensor, der das Umgebungslicht erkennt und steuert,wann das Licht automatisch ein-und ausgeschaltet wird. Durante il giorno, il pannello solare sopra la lampada ricarica la batteria interna. Al crepuscolo, la lampada solare si accenderà automaticamente utilizzando l’energia immaga-zzinata dalla luce solare.
POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA VOSTRA LAMPADA SOLARE La lampada solare è dotata di un sensore fotografico integrato, che rileva il livello di luce naturale circostante e controlla quando la lampada si accende e si spegne automatica- mente. La lampada solare deve essere posizionata lontano da altre fonti di luce notturne, comprese altre lampade solari, poiché ciò potrebbe impedire alla lampada di accendersi automaticamente al calare del crepuscolo. La lampada solare deve essere posizionata in un’area in cui il pannello solare riceverà ogni giorno la quantità massima possibile di luce solare diretta. La lampada solare deve essere esposta ad almeno 8 ore di luce solare diretta ogni giorno per ricaricare completa-mente la batteria interna. Le aree in penombra non consentiranno alla batteria di caricarsi completamente e ridurran-no le ore di luce notturna emessa. Le prestazioni della lampada solare dipendono dalla vostra posizione geografica, dalle condizioni meteorologiche e dalla quantità di illuminazione naturale di ogni stagione. Nelle giornate nuvolose e durante l’inverno, la lampada solare non riceverà la stessa quantità di luce solare diretta, con conseguente luminosità ridotta e tempo di funzionamento ridotto.
ASSEMBLAGGIO Questa confezione dovrebbe contenere quanto segue. NB: Alcuni componenti potrebbero essere forniti già pre-assemblati
PRIMO UTILIZZO Passo1 : Tirare la linguetta. Portare l’interruttore ON/OFF in posizione ON. Passo 2: La lampada solare si accenderà automaticamente al crepuscolo e si ricaricherà durante le ore diurne. INSTALLAZIONE Questa lampada può essere installata su un terreno morbido o su una superficie dura.
INSTALLAZIONE SU TERRENO MORBIDO Passo1: individuare un’area in cui si desidera posizionare la lampada e inserire il picchetto nel terreno. Inserire il picchetto lasciando circa 10 cm di lunghezza al di sopra della superficie del terreno. Se il terreno è duro, ammorbidirlo bagnando prima l’area con dell’acqua oppure picchiettare delicatamente il paletto nel terreno con un martello di gomma. Passo2: rimuovere la base di montaggio dalla parte inferiore del palo di montaggio e portare delicata-mente la lampada verso il basso. Passo3: collegare la base di montaggio al centro del picchetto installato nel terreno. Passo4: per completare l’installazione, montare la lampada solare assemblata nella fessura presente nella parte superiore della base di montaggio.
INSTALLAZIONE SU TERRENO DURO Passo1: Rimuovere la base di montaggio dalla parte inferiore del palo di montaggio e portare delicata-mente la lampada verso il basso.

Passo2: Utilizzando una matita, tracciare dei segni nei 3 fori situati attorno al bordo della base di montaggio. Passo3: Rimuovere la base dalla posizione dove sono stati tracciati i segni e praticare un foro nei 3 punti contrassegnati, abbastanza grande da contenere i tasselli in plastica al loro interno . NB: Prima di praticare i fori, si consiglia di controllare l’eietto della lampada durante le ore notturne per assicurarsi di essere soddisfatti della posizione scelta per l’installazione. Assicurarsi di controllare anche che il luogo riceva luce solare diretta ogni giorno per ricaricare la batteria. Passo 4: Inserire i tasselli in plastica in ciascun foro. Passo 5: Riposizionare la base di montaggio sulla superficie, allineando i fori con i tasselli in plastica. Passo 6:Utilizzando un cacciavite, stringere le viti attraverso i 3 fori praticati sulla base di montaggio e nei tasselli in plastica. Stringere le viti per fissare la base di montaggio alla superficie. Passo 7: Per completare l’installazione, montare nuovamente la lampada solare assemblata nella fessura presente nella parte superiore della base di montaggio.
NB: Se il prodotto viene installato su una superficie in legno, non sono necessari i tasselli in plastica. È sufficiente avvitare le viti direttamente sulla superficie attraverso i fori praticati sulla base di montaggio
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA Passo1: Rimuovere il coperchio della lampada dalla parte superiore della sezione contenente il diffu-sore ruotandolo in senso antiorario e sollevandolo delicatamente. Passo2: Sollevare il coperchio della batteria e sostituire la vecchia batteria con una nuova batteria ricaricabile agli ioni di litio da. IMPORTANTE: Quando la batteria è completamente usurata, essa deve essere riciclata o smaltita correttamente. NON SMALTIRE LE BATTERIA DIRETTAMENTE NEL FUOCO Passo3: Riposizionare il coperchio della batteria e il coperchio della luce nella sezione contenente il diffusore.
RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI Se la lampada solare non si accende automaticamente di notte, ciò potrebbe essere dovuto a una delle seguenti condizioni: 1 . L’interruttore ON/OFF non è in posizione ON. Portare l’interruttore in posizione ON. 2 . La batteria non è completamente carica o deve essere sostituita. 3 . La batteria potrebbe non essere stata installata correttamente. Verificare che la batteria non sia allentata e che sia stata installata correttamente. 4 . La lampada solare potrebbe essere stata collocata in penombra, limitandone l’esposizione alla luce solare e non consentendo la ricarica completa della batteria. 5 . La lampada solare potrebbe essere troppo vicina a un’altra fonte di luce notturna, inclusa un’altra lampada solare. 6 . Il pannello solare potrebbe essere sporco, limitandone l’esposizione alla luce solare e non consen-tendo alla batteria di ricaricarsi completamente. Pulire regolarmente la superficie superiore del pannello solare con un panno umido o un tovagliolo di carta. Se la lampada solare si accende solo per poche ore in modalità stand-by, il pannello solare potrebbe non ricevere abbastanza luce solare per ricaricare completamente la batteria
NB: Le prestazioni della lampada solare dipendono dalla vostra posizione geografica, dalle condizioni meteorologiche e dalla disponibilità di illuminazione nelle varie stagioni.
