RV ROUND GEAR JACKPOINT INSTALLATION

Note : Your jackpoint installation requires longer mounting bolts. These are provided with your kit. PLEASE FOLLOW THE PHOTOS!
We suggest using a wing jack (for the last time) to make this installation easier if your RV is already assembled.

1. Remove main wheel assembly, including brake caliper.
2. Remove the forward two mounting bolts from the wheel pant bracket (see figure 1). We will be replacing these with the longer bolts included in the kit.
3. Add the supplied spacers in place of the aluminum bushings (figure 2).
4. Add the jackpoint mount on the opposite side of the bracket and secure with washer and nut (figure 3).
5. You may need to adjust your brake line for clearance to install the jackpoint arm.

Note that the jackpoint arm (figure 4) is only used while jacking the plane, and must be removed to reinstall the wheel pant.
