SEVVA 160W PRO Cordless Vacuum

Please read this user manual carefully to fully understand the usage of the Cordless Vacuum. Keep the manual for future reference since it contains important information.

WARNING

  1. Read this instruction manual carefully.
  2. This appliance is for domestic use only. Use as described in this instruction manual.
  3. Before using this appliance, check that the main power voltage corresponds to the voltage shown on the rating plate.
  4. Do not use the appliance to vacuum all the latter things:
  • Water or other liquids.
  • Lighted cigarette butt, hot ashes and other combustible material’s.
  • Sharp object, wood pieces, plastering material, cement, calcimine, other tiny granules or chemicals reaction materials.
  • Keep the vacuum cleaner away from stoves and any heat-generating appliance. Heat can deform or discolor the plastic parts of unit and cause damage to the vacuum cleaner.
  • Always remove the plug from the power socket when the appliance is not charging.
  • Never use alcohol or other solvents to clean the appliance.
  • Never leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on or charging. Keep the appliance out of the reach of children or personal that need supervision.
  • Do not switch the appliance on if it appears to be faulty in any way.
  • The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
  • The battery is to be disposed of separately and safety.
  • The appliance must be disconnected from the power supply when removing the battery.
  • Do not leave or put any object into openings. Do not use the appliance if an opening blocked; avoid from heavy dust, lint cotton, hairs and anything that may reduce air flow.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of body away from opening and especially moving parts
  • Only the adapter provided by the manufacturer can be used.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safeway and understand the hazards involved.

INSTRUCTION OF USE

Before using the Cordless Vacuum cleaner for the first time, clean it with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

  1. Do not immerse the Cordless Vacuum cleaner in water or any other liquid.
    • Assembling the Cordless Vacuum cleaner.
    • Assembling the aluminum tube.
  2. Fit the tube into the main body’s air inlet until it clicks into the position.
    • If need to remove the tube, hold the main body, press the release button and remove the tube.
    • Assembling the motorized floor brush.
  3. Fit the electrical floor brush on the tube until it click into the position.
    • If need to remove the motorized floor brush, hold the aluminum tube, press the floor brush release button and remove the floor brush from the tube.

ASSEMBLING THE CREVICE TOOL

Fit the accessory on the main body’s air inlet and/or on the tube until it click into the position. The crevice tool is good for cleaning stairs, corners.

OPERATING THE VACUUM CLEANER

Before first time use, ensure the vacuum cleaner has been charged 4-5 hours. Turn on the Cordless vacuum cleaner by pressing the ON/OFF button on the control panel.
Note: Battery indicator light represents battery capacity and will illuminate during use The indicator light will extinguish one by one as the battery runs out.

WARNING: Do not use the Cordless Vacuum cleaner without the filter or dust container not in position.

CHARGING THE VACUUM CLEANER

  1. Turn off the Vacuum Cleaner.
  2. Connect the adapter to the charging port on the main motor.
  3. Plug the adapter into the main power supply

The battery indicator display light will flashes during charge. Once the battery fully charged, the battery indicator lights will be illuminated.

WARNING: Do not use any main power adapter other than that supplied, as using an alternative will increase the risk of injury and/or damage to main product.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Filter replacement and cleaning

  1. Turn off the vacuum cleaner

  2. Press and hold the dust container release button and rotate the dust cup at a clockwise angle of 30° then remove the whole dust container.

  3. How to clean the dust container:

    • Without removing the dust container, Press the dust container cap release button directly, then remove the dust into waste container.(fig. A)
    • Or you can remove the dust container and Press the dust container release button directly, Then drop the dust into waste container. (fig. B)
  4. Remove filter assembly: Core filter, stainless steel filter, dust container.

  5. You may clean the filter directly with water and let it dry.

  6. Install the filter back correctly

  7. Install the dust container back into the main motor: lnstall the dust container counter clockwise into the main motor until the ‘click’ sound indicate it is installed in place.
    Care And Maintenance

CLEANING THE MOTORIZED FLOOR BRUSH

  1. Unlock the floor brush before removing it. (picture)
  2. Clean the brush by removing any tangled debris or hairs.
  3. Install the brush back in place after cleaning it.
  4. Locked the floor brush before using it.

BATTERY REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL

Discared batteries are non environmental friendly and disposed of it in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • Discharge the battery by running the appliance to stop the motor at idle.
  • Remove the battery from the appliance.
  • Dispose of the battery to a collection of chemical waste from.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems Reason Solutions
Vacuum Cleaner not operate Vacuum out of battery. Fully charge the battery

before use.
Vacuum need to be service.
Vacuum cleaner unable to pick up dust or weak suction| Dust container is full.| Please empty the dust container.
Dust container need to be clean.| Remove dust container filter and check for any blockage in air flow and remove it.
Dust escaping from air outlet| Dust container is full.| Please empty the dust container.
Dust container filter is not installed correctly.| Please install the dust container filter correctly.
Puncture / hole in dust container filter.| Replace dust container filter.
