For the wireless charger to operate at maximum power, it must be powered by the mains charger provided and your mobile must be compatible with fast induction charging.
Using Instruction
- Place the wireless mains charger on a flat, stable surface.
- Plug the USB-C connector into the mains adapter provided.
- Plug the adapter into the mains socket. The indicator shows blue.
- Place your smartphone in the middle of the wireless charger. The indicator shows green, indicating that charging is in progress.
- Look at the charging icon on the mobile device screen to check the state of its battery.
- When the device is fully recharged, the indicator turns blue again.
Frequently Asked Questions
My smartphone gets warm when it is charging: This is normal. There is an
induction coil underneath the area reserved for charging your smartphone. When
this is energised, it produces an electromagnetic field. This results in
warming in the same way as charging with a cable does.
Can I plug my smartphone in using the USB cable when it has started
charging by induction?
To avoid damaging your smartphone, it is strongly recommended not to combine
induction charging with USB charging or data transfer.
