Frequently Asked Questions

My smartphone gets warm when it is charging: This is normal. There is an induction coil underneath the area reserved for charging your smartphone. When this is energised, it produces an electromagnetic field. This results in warming in the same way as charging with a cable does.
Can I plug my smartphone in using the USB cable when it has started charging by induction?
To avoid damaging your smartphone, it is strongly recommended not to combine induction charging with USB charging or data transfer.
