The Bonoch Foot Massager is a powerful and effective massager that helps relieve muscle spasms, stimulate foot acupoints, and loosen muscle tensions. It comes with an American Standard AC power adapter that connects to the DC socket of the massager, and a detachable fabric cover for easy cleaning. The control panel features a magnetic remote control, a power button, a Vib button, an Air button, a Knead button, a Heat button, and LMH massage intensity levels for Vib, Air, Knead, and Heat modes.

Product Usage

1. Place the machine indoors in a dry, cool, and cozy place before getting started.
2. Check if the machine, the AC power adapter, and the remote control are working properly.
3. Plug the AC power adapter into the socket and connect the power adapter to the DC interface of the massager.
4. Press the power button to turn on the machine. The indicator light on the control panel will start flashing.
5. Select the desired massage mode by pressing the corresponding button on the control panel or magnetic remote control:
   • Vib mode: Press the Vib button to start the vibration mode. This mode has only one intensity level that cannot be adjusted.
   • Air mode: Press the Air button to start the air compression mode. In this mode, there are 3 massage intensities that you can switch to as you prefer.
   • Knead mode: Press the Knead button to start the kneading-like mode. In this mode, there are 3 massage intensities that you can switch to as you prefer.
   • Heat mode: Press the Heat button to start the heat therapy mode. In this mode, there are 3 heating intensities that you can switch to as you prefer.
6. Put your legs/feet/arms in the massage area and adjust the massage intensity level as per your preference.
7. When you are done using the machine, press the power button to turn off the machine and unplug the AC power adapter from the socket.
8. For storage, cleaning, and maintenance instructions, refer to section 6 of the user manual.
9. If you face any issues while using the machine, refer to section 7 of the user manual for troubleshooting tips.

Control Panel Indications & Functional Operations

Power
The indicator light will flash after the machine is connected to the power supply, which means that the massager is in standby mode. Press the power button to enter the automatic mode and the light will stop flashing and will stay on. In the automatic mode the Air, Knead and Vib mode will be turned on at the same time with the lowest intensity level. You can also manually turn on the heat mode by pressing the heat button and combine the massage modes as you prefer. The specific program
mode shall be subject to the actual model.

Vib
Vib is the vibration mode. After the machine is connected to the power supply, press this button and the machine will start vibrating, which can help you relax the muscles of your legs/feet/arms. Please kindly note that the Vib mode is set with only one intensity level, which can not be adjusted.

Air
Air is the air compression mode. After the machine is connected to the power supply, press this button to start the mode and the airbags will start compressing your legs/feet/arms, which can help you relieve muscle spasms and relax the nerves. In this mode there are 3 massage intensities that you can switch to as you prefer.

Knead
Knead is the kneading-like mode. After the machine is connected to the power supply, press this button to start the mode and the massager will start working in a similar action as kneading and rolling, which can stimulate your foot acupoints and loosen muscle tensions. In this mode there are 3 massage intensities that you can switch to as you prefer.

Heat
Heat is the heat therapy mode. After the machine is connected to the power supply, press this button and the machine will start the heat therapy function, which is a great combination with the air compression mode and will keep your legs/feet/arms warm and cozy. In this mode there are 3 heating intensities that you can switch to as you frefer.

L-M-H

L-M-H means stands for the different massage intensity levels. L stands for the lowest intensity level, M stands for the medium and H stands for the highest intensity level. After the machine is connected to the power supply, you can press a massage mode button (excluding Vib mode) and the default intensity is set to the lowest level. If you want to switc  to the medium intensity, press the same massage mode button again, then you will get the medium intensity and the light above the letter M on this mode will be turned on. Please follow the same instructions for switching to the highest leve

Note

1. Please press the buttons gently when using the control panel and the remote control.
2. Please follow the indicator light while operating the machine. When the light is flashing, the machine is in the standby mode. When the light is on, that means the machine is in working mode. And when the light is on, it means the machine is turned on.

Getting Started

1. Place the machine indoors, at a dry, cool and cozy place before getting started.
2. Check if the machine, the AC power adapter and the remote control is working. If so, go to the next step!
3. Plug the AC power adapter into the socket and connect the power adapter to the DC interface of the massager. Meanwhile the light on the control panel will be flashing,  you may then put your legs/feet/arms in the massagearea and the machine is ready to go!
4. Press the power button and enter the automatic mode. Or you can choose the massage mode including Vib,  Air, Knead and Heat modes by pressing the correspondingbuttons, after the machine is connected to the socket. And you can combine or turn on the massage modes as you perfer.
5. On Air, Knead and Heat modes you can adjust the massage intensity as you like by pressing the corresponding button. Make sure to find the suitable intensity and just let the machine do its job!
6. After the massage, which is a default time set at 15 minutes, the machine will automatically turn on, then you can get your legs/feet/arms out of the massager while remaining seated. If you want to turn on the machine during massage,  press the power button to make it stop and the machine willbe back to the standby mode.
7. While the machine is connected to the socket, you can restore the previous massage modes and intensities by pressing the power button to continue the massage.
8. After finishing the massage, unplug the AC power adapter and put the machine back in its storage area.

Legs/Feet/Arms Massage Instructions

Legs
To have a good massage experience for your legs, it’s highly recommended to keep the massager flat on the sofa or the bed while using it, so that you can lie down and get your legsnicely massaged.

Feet
For the feet massage, it will be comfortable to place the massager flat beside the sofa or the bed while you can sit on the sofa or the bed to enjoy the massage.

Arms
To get your arms properly massaged, please put the massager flat on the desk where you can put your arms comfortably on themassage area.
Note: It’s not suggested to keep the machine upright while using

1. Any individual who is pregnant or has recently given birth, has a heart condition or a pacemaker, suers from diabetes or other sensory impairment, phlebitis and/or thrombosis, joint dysfunction, inflammation or injuries, weak bones, osteoporosis, a high fever, an abnormal or curved spine, is at an increased risk of developing blood clots, has pins/screws/artificial joints or other medical devices implanted in his/her body, is being treated for a medical condition or physical injury or is under a doctor’s care should consult with a medical professinoal before using the massager. This massager is designed for home use.

3. Do not use the product, if you are not feeling well, and stop immediately, if you experience any discomfort during using.
4. Do not use while sleeping or if you feel drowsy.
5. Do not use the product if your legs/feet/arms have some medical issue on the skin or poor blood circulation.
6. If the skin on your legs/feet/arms is sensitive to heat, please be careful for overheat while using.

Safety Instructions

To reduce the risks of injury via electric shocks, burns, fire, please read all the safety instructions carefully before using this product:

1. Before using the product, please check the machine and the AC power adapter carefully. Do not use the product, if some defects are found. and always unplug it immediately after using or before cleaning it.
2. Do not expose this product to rain or a moist environment.
3. Do not use pins or other metallic fasteners with this product. Do not leave this product unattended while it is plugged in. When it’s not in use or before you are putting on or taking on  parts of the product, please unplug it from the socket.
4. Please pay attention to the AC power adapter and its cable while using it. Do not step on the cable and make sure it’s not pinched or pressured by other items.
5. The power adapter should be stably plugged into the socket.
6. Do not move/lift this product by grabbing the cable of the ac power adapter.
7. Do not use the product, if the AC power adapter or its cable is damaged or wet. Please keep this product, the AC power adapter and its cable away from heat sources, such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other appliances that produce heat.
8. Do not use the product near inflammable items, which could cause a fire through possible overheating and lead to injuries to people.
9.  To disconnect, turn it on first, then unplug the AC power adapter
10. Do not use the product outdoors
11. Do not use the product in some specific situations where aerosol products are being used.
12. Make sure you do not stand up with your feet inserted in the massager while it is turned on.
13. Please get your feet out of the product while you are still seated.
14. Do not reach for the product, if it has been submerged in water. Unplug it immediately.
15. The product should be cleaned only under the maintenance instructions as recommended. Do not attempt to clean the product without reading the maintenance instructions.
16. If you want to clean the detachable fabric covers of the product, please ensure that nothing comes in the air intake/exhaust which can be found under the covers.
17. The American Standard AC power adapter can be plugged into the American Standard socket only in one direction. If it does not fit the socket, please try to reverse the power adapter and plug again. Please also make sure that the socket is of the American Standard.
18. Contact our service team if you have any questions regarding this product.
19. Do not panic if the machine suddenly turns on during massage. The air inside the airbags can be automatically deflated so you won’t be clamped.

Product Storage/Cleaning/ Maintenance Instructions

Storage

1. Please store the machine in the carton, and put it in a safe, dry, ventilated and cool place
2. Avoid sharp items from scratching the surface of the product.Sharp objects may damage the product.
3. Do not expose the massager to direct sunlight or high temperature.

Cleaning

1. Before cleaning, make sure that the cable of the power adapter is unplugged from the socket and that the machine is completely cool.
2. Use a damp cloth to clean the product. The product must be completely dry before reuse.
3. The fabric covers can be detached and can be washed and cleaned.
4. Do not use benzene thinner or other corrosive detergents to clean the product.

Maintenance

1. Keep the product clean and store in a dry environment.
2. When the product is not in use for a long time, please put a dustproof cover on the product.
