Product Usage Instructions
Gas Pizza Oven Leak Testing
Before using the gas pizza oven, it is important to perform a leak test to ensure the safety of the appliance. Follow the steps below:
- Make sure all packing material has been removed from the appliance.
- Create a solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water.
- Using a spray bottle, brush, or rag, apply the soap solution to all gas fittings.
- If soap bubbles appear, it indicates a gas leak. In this case, immediately turn off the gas supply and tighten any leaky fittings.
- Turn the gas supply back on and recheck for leaks.
- If the gas continues to leak from any fittings, turn off the gas supply and contact customer service.
Operating Instructions
To use the Mimiuo Classic G-Oven Series Pizza Oven, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the oven has been leak tested and properly placed.
- Remove any remaining packing material.
- Insert the pizza stone into the oven.
- Turn on the propane cylinder valve.
- Ignite the burner by turning the control knob. If the burner does not ignite, use a match to light it.
- Preheat the oven and stone for approximately 10-15 minutes until the temperature reaches 932°F (500°C).
- Place the pizza onto the pizza stone using a pizza peel.
- Manually rotate the pizza using the pizza peel to ensure even heating.
- After approximately one minute, the pizza will be cooked and ready to be removed from the oven.
Lighting Instructions
To Light the Burner
- Ensure that the control knob is in the OFF position.
- Slowly turn the liquid propane cylinder valve ON by rotating it counterclockwise.
- Push in and slowly turn the control knob counterclockwise while pressing it down for five seconds until you hear a click and the burner ignites.
- If the burner does not light, turn the knob OFF, wait for 5 minutes, and then repeat the lighting process.
To Light with a Match
- If the burner does not light after several attempts using the control knob, it can be lit with a match.
- If you have already attempted to light the burner using the control knob, wait for 5 minutes for any gas to dissipate.
- Insert a match into the matchstick holder, ignite it, and insert it through the oven opening to reach the burner.
- Push and turn the control knob slowly while pressing it down for five seconds. The burner should ignite immediately.
- If the burner does not light within seconds, turn the control knob OFF, wait for 5 minutes, and then try again.
Care and Maintenance
Stainless Steel
To keep the stainless steel surfaces of the pizza oven clean and well- maintained, follow these guidelines:
- Use a mild stainless steel cleaner and scrub in the direction of the grain.
- Avoid using steel wool as it can scratch the surface.
- To touch up noticeable scratches, lightly sand with dry 100 grit sandpaper in the direction of the grain.
- If grease specks accumulate and give the appearance of rust, use an abrasive pad with stainless steel cleaner to remove them.
Instructions to Check the Gas Pizza Oven Leak Testing
General
Although the gas connections of the appliance are leak tested prior packing
and shipment, a complete test must be performed at the installation site and
before each use.Check all the gas connections for leak testing using the
procedure listed below. If the smell of gas is detected at any time, you
should immediately stop using and check the entire system for leaks.
Before Testing
Make sure all packing material has been removed from the appliance. Make a
solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water. You will need a
spray bottle, brush or rag to apply the solution to the fittings.
To Test
- Turn the burner valve OFF.
- Turn the liquid propane cylinder valve on counterclockwise to open the valve.
- Apply the soap solution to all gas fittings. Soap bubbles would appear where a leak is present.
- If a leak is present, immediately turn the gas supply OFF and tighten leaky fittings.
- Turn the gas back ON and recheck.
- Should the gas continue to leak from any of the fittings, turn the gas supply OFF and contact customer service.
Operating Instructions
Step of Use:

- Turn on the propane cylinder valve.
- Ignites the burner to preheat the oven and stone by turning the control knob (If can’t, use a match to ignite), after about 10-15 minutes until the temperature reaches 932℉.
- Insert the pizza onto the pizza stone by pizza peel.
- Use the pizza peel to manually rotate the pizza to make it evenly heated, after one minute, the pizza will be cooked.

- Push in and slowly turn the control knob anticlockwise and press it down for five seconds until you hear a click and the burner ignites.
- If burner doesn’t light, turn the knob OFF, wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting.
To light with a match
- If burner will not light after several attempts using the control knob, the burner may be lit with a match.
- If you have already attempted to light the burner using the control knob, wait 5 minutes for any gas to dissipate

Care and Maintenance
Stainless Steel
- There are many stainless steel cleaners available. Always use the mildest cleaning process first, scrubbing in the direction of the grain. DO NOT use steel wool as it will scratch the surface.
- To touch up noticeable scratches in the stainless steel, sand very lightly with dry 100 grit sand paper in the direction of the grain.
- Grease specks can gather and bale on the surface of the stainless steel, giving the appearance of rust. For removal, use an abrasive pad with stainless steel cleaner.
- Stainless steel can rust if not well maintained.
- The color of the stainless steel will change after burning; it is the nature of stainless steel.
Pizza Stone
- Do not use the stone over an open flame.
- Avoid extreme temperature changes to the stone. Do not place frozen foods on a hot stone.
- The stone is fragile and can break if bumped or dropped.
- The pizza stone is very hot during use and stays hot for a long time after use.
- Do not cool the pizza stone with water when the pizza stone is hot.
- After cleaning the pizza stone with water, dry the stone before next use.
Troubleshooting
