Product Usage Instructions
- Place a cutting board or bowl (not included) on a firm, level surface.
- Hold the product at an angle against the cutting board or rest it over a bowl.
- Rotate the knob (C) to select the desired slice thickness level. Refer to the table below for slicing potatoes

- When the food is in a big size, hold the food onto the product. When the food becomes a small piece, hold the food onto the product with the food holder (A). With one hand holding the handle (D), press the other hand on the food holder (A) and slide it back and forth over the blade (B).
- Once the slicing process is completed, rotate the knob (C) to position to lock the blade (B). Cover the blade (B) with the food holder (A).
Tips
- Clean the product with warm water and a mild cleaning detergent. If required, use a dishwashing brush for cleaning.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Let the product dry completely.

Before First Use
- Remove all the packing materials.
- Check the product for transport damages.
- Thoroughly clean all parts (see chapter Cleaning and Storage). Use

- Never place fingers or hands underneath the food holder (A).

Tips
- Always work without pressure, but with momentum.
- Colorful, juicy foods like beets may cause staining on the product. To clean, wipe down gently with oil to remove the stain.
- Softer fruits and vegetables may not slice evenly and/or get stuck on the blade (B). Use harder vegetables for more consistent slicing.
- Cut round items in half and place the flat side onto the blade (B).
Cleaning and Storage
CAUTION Risk of injury!
- The blade (B) is sharp. Be careful when cleaning the product.
- Never use fingers or nails to dislodge food from the blade (B).
NOTICE
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
- The product and its accessories are dishwasher safe.
- Clean the product with warm water and a mild cleaning detergent. If required, use a dishwashing brush for cleaning.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Let the product dry completely.
Store in a cool and dry place away from children and pets, ideally in original packaging or hang the product on a hook using the hanging hole.
