- Made of a breathable polyester mesh, gel, and EVA foam padding with heavy-duty non-skid PP/TPR cap.
- Clean only by using a brush or a washcloth with neutral detergent. Never machine wash.
- Avoid storing knee pads outdoors ( direct sunlight, high temperatures, and rain can damage the product).
- Place the knee pad over your knee and pull the strap from the red loop at the end The knee pads should reach above bent knee level. Fold around your leg, and attach to the male side of the hook and loop attachment.
- Wear the knee pads so the red loops stay on the outside. Do not fasten the straps too tight or loose – this can cause discomfort
