Product Overview

The HyperX Cloud Stinger Core is a wireless gaming headset designed for PlayStation gaming consoles. It features a swivel-to-mute microphone, volume wheel, and various LED indicators for status updates. The headset comes with a USB adapter for wireless connectivity and charging.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the wireless USB adapter to your PlayStation gaming console.
  2. Power on the headset by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds.
  3. Wait for the wireless adapter status LED to become solid, indicating a successful connection.

PlayStation 4 Audio Settings:
Go to Settings > Devices > Audio Devices on your PlayStation console and configure the following settings:

  • Input Device: USB Headset HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless PS
  • Output Device: USB Headset HyperX Cloud Stinger Core Wireless PS
  • Output to headphones: All Audio

Charging:
It is recommended to fully charge your headset before first use. Use the USB charge cable provided to connect the headset to a power source. The LED indicators will show the charging status:

Solid green Fully charged
Breathing green 15% – 99% battery
Breathing red < 15% battery

Volume Control:
Scroll up or down on the volume wheel to adjust the volume level. Please note that using the headset at high volumes for extended periods of time may cause permanent hearing damage.

Swivel-to-Mute Microphone:
The microphone can be rotated to mute audio. Simply swivel the microphone upwards to automatically mute the audio.

Using the Headset

  1. Connect the wireless USB adapter to PlayStation.
  2. Power on the headset.
  3. When the wireless adapter status LED is solid the headset is connected.
