Max Pro NEO Hair Dryer Manual
Thank you for purchasing the Max Pro NEO Hairdryer. When using electrical
appliances, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING. KEEP AWAY FROM WATER.
DANGER
As with most electrical appliances, electrical parts are electrically live
even when the switch is off. To reduce the risk of death by electric shock:
- Always unplug it immediately after using it.
- Do not use it while bathing.
- Do not place or store appliances where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
- Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
- If an appliance falls into the water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into the water.
- Do not use if the plug is loose in the outlet, as there may be a risk of fire, electric shock, electrical shortage, and burning.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of burns, electrocution, fire, or injury to persons:
- Store out of reach of children in a safe dry location. Allow the appliance to cool before storing.
- An appliance should never be left unattended when plugged in.
- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on, or near children or individuals.
- Use this appliance only for its intended use. Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not jerk or strain the cord at plug connections.
- Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped, damaged, or dropped into water. Return the appliance to a service center for examination and repair.
- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not wrap the cord around the appliance.

- Do not place the appliance on any surface while it is operating.
- While using the appliance, keep your hair away from the air inlets.
- Do not use an extension cord with this appliance.
- Do not operate with a voltage converter.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Ensure that your surroundings, the product and your hands are dry.
- Plug the hair dryer in.
- Press the power button once to turn the hair dryer on. When the product is turned on the LED settings display will light up.
- To turn the product off, press the power button again. If the hair dryer is not used for a while, make sure it’s unplugged.

If the hair dryer is not used for a while, make sure it’s unplugged.
Input rated voltage, hold the power button for about 1 second to start up the hairdryer. The NEO logo, temperature symbol, and wind speed symbol will light up on the LED display screen. The default temperature and windspeed are low when the hairdryer has been started for the first time. With the negative ion function, hold the power button for about 1 second to shut down the hairdryer.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS (manual mode)
- This hairdryer has 4 temperature settings:
- *Cold wind,** all the red lights are turned off;
- *Low heat,** one red light is turned on;
- *Medium heat,** two red lights are turned on;
- *High heat,** three red lights are turned on;
- Press the temperature button to increase the temperature; After reaching the highest heat setting, the next option will be the low heat setting again.
- The cold wind can also be activated by pressing the coolshot button*. Cold air will be delivered when the button is held down, when released it will turn to its original state.
AUTO-LOCK MODE
The hairdryer will activate lock mode after a mode has been used for 10
seconds. This helps the user use the tool consistently and prevents accidental
activation of another mode.
You deactivate the lock mode by pressing and holding the coolshot button or
the temperature gauge button for a few seconds.
TEMPERATURE SETTINGS (manual mode)
- This hairdryer has 4 temperature settings:
- *Low wind,** one blue light is turned on;
- *Medium wind,** two blue lights are turned on;
- *High wind,** three blue lights are turned on;
- Press the wind button to increase the settings; After reaching the highest wind power, the next option will be the low wind setting again.
MEMORY FUNCTION
This hairdryer has a memory function that allows you to use the hairdryer with
the same selected settings as your last use.
AUTOCLEANING FUNCTION
This hairdryer features an Autocleaning function to clean its inner
components. To turn on the Autocleaning function: Turn the hairdryer OFF,
carefully rotate the external filter in a counterclockwise way and pull it
out. Then hold the Coolshot button and temperature button simultaneously for 5
seconds.

- 2 Blow nozzles (big and small).
- 1 Diffuser.
WARRANTY
The warranty on this product is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation email) and the
original box of your styling tool as proof of purchase. This warranty is only
valid for tools purchased from an authorized Max Pro retailer.
If your product fails to function properly due to a manufacturer’s defect and
the warranty conditions are met, your Max Pro styling tool will be repaired or
replaced; this is determined by the manufacturer.
(!) This warranty does not apply to problems resulting from misuse, damage or
normal wear and tear; the warranty is void if the product is used for
commercial purposes. In addition, the warranty does not apply to styling tools
that have been modified or repaired by an unauthorized Max Pro retailer or
manufacturer.

digital photos of the product, as well as a copy of your original proof of
