POWERSTOP ROTORS AND PADS ARE FOR STREET AND RECREATIONAL OFF-ROAD USEONLY.
THEY ARE NOT DESIGNED OR APPROVED FOR OFF-ROAD RACING OR COMPETITIVE DRIVING.
FAILURE OF COMPONENTS USED FOR ANY TYPE OF RACING ISNOT COVERED UNDER
WARRANTY.
POWERSTOP PERFORMANCE BRAKE KITS WITH AND WITHOUTCALIPERS (KIT, K26, K36, MDK, ESK, KCL, C26, C36, MDC),PURCHASED AND INSTALLED AS A KIT:
If a customer is not satisfied with the quality and performance of a kit for
any reason within 60days of the invoice date or the installation date by a
professional technician (an invoice from theinstallation shop is required),
and the required break-in procedure was implemented, Power StopLLC will
provide a one-time exchange of the kit for a new one. This no-questions-asked,
60 day warranty must be facilitated by the authorized PowerStop retailer.
Power Stop LLC warrants this product to be free from defects and poor
workmanship for 3 years from the purchase date or 36,000 miles of use,
whichever occurs first. The product, when properly installed on the type of
vehicle prescribed, and in which a defect in workmanship or material is found,
will be exchanged free of charge if returned to the seller who is authorized
to give this warranty. Power Stop LLC is not responsible for its products when
they are subjected to misuse,abuse, improper application, improper
installation, or accident. This warranty includes rotorcracking. Normal wear
is not covered by this warranty. Failure of components due to using
nonapproved DOT 5 Silicone brake fluid is not covered by this warranty. This
warranty also excludes striped bleeder and banjo bolt holes caused by over-
tightening. The 3-year/36,000-mile warranty excludes failure of components due
to disc thickness variation (DTV*), usually indicated by brake pulsation.
POWERSTOP REPLACEMENT BRAKE KITS (KOE, KCOE, CRK), PURCHASED AND INSTALLED
AS A KIT:

charge if returned to the seller who is authorized to service this warranty.

misuse, abuse, improper application,improper installation, or accident. This

Power Stop LLC warrants its Track Day and Track Day Spec kits and pads to be
free from defects in materials or workmanship for 30 days from the purchase
date. The product, when properly installed in the type of vehicle prescribed,
and in which a material or workmanship defect is found,will be exchanged free
of charge if returned to the seller who is authorized to service this
warranty.Power Stop LLC is not responsible for its products when they are
subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, or
accident. Power Stop LLC does not reimburse labor charges associated with the
installation of its products. This 30-day warranty excludes failure of
components due to disc thickness variation (DTV*), usually indicated by brake
pulsation. Normal wear is not covered by this warranty.
NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED BY POWERSTOP TO MODIFY OR ADD TO THE FOREGOING
WARRANTY.
