To unplug, hold the power plug, not the power cord.

  • Do not unplug by pulling the power cord. Pulling on the power cord may cause damage and result in fire or heat.
  • Always connect the product to the cold water supply.

  • Children, elderly, patients and those who are physically limited should us the low temperature setting for the seat, water and dryer.
  • After using the unit at high temperatures, the temperature should be readjusted to ‘low’ for the elderly, children and for those with sensitive skin.
  • When the following people sit down on the seat, a guardian should pay extra attention so that they will not tall when sitting on the tollet seat or standing up trom it.
  • A Children, elderly, or those who cannot independently sit or stand on the seat.
  • When cleaning, do not use cleaning detergents (oxidized products, sink products, toilet cleaning products, and any types of stain removers) on the external surface of the electronic toilet seat.
  • This can change the color of the external surface and can also cause problems with the seats functioning.

CAUTION

Do not fold or crush the water supply hose; do not damage by cutting with a sharp object.

  • Doing so may result in water leakage.
  • Do not stand on top of the seat cover, seat or main body unit.
  • This can damage or break the unit.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Never drop or insert any object into any opening or hose.

Install the Washlet properly according to the Installation.

  • Improper installation may result in water leakage, electric shock or fire.

  • Make sure the plus and minus signs on the batteries are aligned correctly before inserting them.

  • Otherwise, the batteries may leak fluid, generate heat, rupture, or ignite.

  • Be careful so that this product does not become stained with excrement and urine.

  • Do not obstruct or put anything into the dry air outlet. Do not apply excessive force to the shower nozzle.

  • Do not install an outlet directly beneath a water supply location. Do not allow the water supply hose to touch the electrical outlet of plug.

  • Condensation may seep into the outlet, resulting in fire or electrical shock.

Quick guide Q & A

  • The water temperature light is blinking but no water?
    • Because some valve seats have been stored for too long, sometimes the internal valve closes too tightly.
    • Open the power and water for a day, and restart it several times tomorrow, and it will start working normally.
  • After the installation, the water temperature lamp continues to flash, and all the buttons operation is invalid?
    • After the inlet pipe is removed, drain for 30 seconds ( discharge air in the pipe), the machine restart ( plug power ) to cancel the water shortage alarm.
  • When adding water for the first time, the water output may be delayed by 5-10 seconds?
    • Which is a normal phenomenon and not a fault issue.
  • If the thread of your T-valve is damaged?
    • We will gift you a roll of PTFE Thread Seal Tape. you can wrap it around the thread a few times and then screw back on the water pipe.

  • 1. Close the water shutoff valve ( C-3 )

  • 6. Insert C-1 into A-7 until a click sound is heard.
    • (After C-1 is mounted, make sure that it can not be removed even if it is pulled.)
