Safety Precautions

These precautions are important for safe usage. Be sure to follow them and use the product correctly.

  • This product is classified as Class 1 Equipment and must be grounded.

  • Install this equipment where the electrical outlet is accessible.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
    Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

  • Use the new hose set included with this equipment. Do not reuse an old hose set.

WARNING

  • Never disassemble, repair or alter.

CAUTION

  • Do not stand on top of the seat cover, seat or main body unit.
  • This can damage or break the unit.
  • Do not slam or close the seat or seat cover forcefully.
  • This can damage or break the unit.
  • Do not do anything that may damage the power cord, power plug.
  • Pulling on the cord may cause damage and result in fi re or heat.
  • Prevent children from putting foreign substances or inserting their hands into the dryer outlet or onto the nozzle.
  • Doing so may cause burns, electrical shock or malfunction.
  • Do not let urine contact the dryer outlet or nozzle area.
  • When cleaning or not using the product over a long period of time, be sure to unplug the unit.(refer to page )
  • Install the Wash let properly according to the Installation.
  • Improper installation may result in water leakage, electric shock or fire.

Grounding Instructions

  • This product should be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electrical current.
  • The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded. it DANGER – Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock.
  • If repair or replacement of the cord or plug is necessary, do not connect the grounding wire to either flat-head terminal.
  • Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding wire instructions are not completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.
  • This product is factory equipped with a speci fie electric cord and plug to permit connection to a proper electric circuit. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug.
  • No adapter should be used with this product. Do not modify the plug provided – if it will not fit in the outlet, have the proper outlet installed by a quali tied electrician.
  • If the product must be reconnected for use on a different type of electric circuit, the reconnection should be made by quali fied service personnel.
  • If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a three wire extension cord that has a three blade grounding plug, and a three-slot receptacle outlet that will accept the plug on the product.
  • Replace or repair a damaged cord.

Preparation

Insert the battery

  1. Remove the remote control from the hanger.
  2. Open the battery cover and insert two AA batteries.
    • Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
    • Remove batteries frome equipment which is not to be used for an extended period of time.
    • Remove and replace all batteries.
  3. Mount the remote control in the hanger.

About the remote control

  • Select a convenient spot near the toilet to attach the remote control holder.
  • Make sure that the selected spot will not be exposed to water and the area where you intend to affix the holder is clean and dry.
  • Remove film from the double sided tape locaed on the back of the remote control holder and place the holder in the selected area.
  1. Turn on the power
    Insert the power plug.
    The wand extends and then retracts.

  2. Open the shutoff valve
    Fully open the shutoff valve.

PAIR CODE

  1. Cut the power.
  2. Keep pressing” Bidet Wash”/Move”key till all indicators of remote is flashing.
  3. Turn on the power. After nozzle has reset the light of the remote stop blinking.code done.

RECESSIVE FUNCTION
What need to be kept pressing written in the brackets are recessive functions.

Basic operation

Caution Please press the’off’ or low button for seat temperature when the following persons use it.
Special precautions should be taken for children, those who cannot adjust the temperature, and those who have sensitive skin.

Sit on the seat.
Always sit on the middle of the unit and do not sit on the side of the seat.
(The basic functions will not work if the skin sensor is not active.)

Warning

  • Do not press the control knob harder than needed. This can cause damage,
  • The skin sensor of the seat is only activated with bodily contact, please be sure to pull down your clothes amply and do not cover the seat with any clothing items, as it can prevent the seat from activating.

Simple Control Knob

  • Power key Keep pressing middle button to turn on/off power.
  • Bidet wash/move Rotate counterclockwise to enable the Bidet wash function
  • Drying/Flush Press the control knob lightly to activate the warm air drying function.
  • Rear wash/move Turn it clockwise to enable the rear wash function
  • Stop If you press the button during use, the operation will stop

The wand can be automatically cleaned when you use the cleansing functions (Rear wash, Bidet wash, etc,)

How to disable or enable the auto-open lid feature of CMA210S-BX?

  • Press and hold “Turbo Wash” button on the remote control to disable or enable the automatic lid opening function.
    What is the sensing distance for the CMA210S-BX to automatically open the lid when detecting a human body?

  • If necessary, Long press and hold “Strength- & Strength+” to adjust the sensing distance. You can choose from 5 levels, each level has a distance of approximately 11.8in/30cm.

Detailed Operation

Rear Wash/Move
Press this button to run rear washing.
The washing will stop it self in about 90 seconds.
Press this button while rear washing is running, the nozzle will be at the fixed position.
Press water pressure button to adjust the strength of spray while this function is running.

Bidet Wash/Move
Press this button to run bidet washing.
The washing will stop itself in about 90 seconds.
Press this button while rear washing is running, the nozzle will be at the fixed position.
Press water pressure button to adjust the strength of spray while this function is running.

Drying
Press this button to run Drying .
The drying will stop itself in about 5 minutes.
Press” drying temp”button while drying is running, The wind temperature changes from high to low. can be adjusted as you like.

Auto/Mode
Press this button and the automatic function will run step by step, from washing to drying.

Kids/Mode
Press this button to run washing, move washing, drying, water pressure strength is medium, drying temperature is medium.When convenient for children, it can be operated independently of seat ring sensing

Turbo Wash
Press this button to run turbo wash.
The water pressure of rear spray will be highest level.

ECO/Mode
Press this button without people seating on cover to run energy saving mode, seat ring temperature off, maximum power saving.
Reset to original settings in 8 hours.
Reset to original settings after someone is seated.

Lighting
Press this button to turn on/off nighe light.

Strength(Clean Strength)
Press this button to adjust water pressure.
Can be adjusted as you like.
There are 5 levels. (low-high).

Forward/Cover Lid

When using the cleaning function, this key is the wand forward function. The wand can be adjusted 2 levels forward.
When no one is sitting, Press this button to open/close cover lid.( CMA210S- BX)
(Adjust the strength of cover lid opening by” Strength”key +,-after keep pressing” Cover Lid” key in about 3 seconds till the”GD “is showed out. GO clamps the least, G9 clamps the most.)

Backward/Seat Cover
When using the cleaning function, this key is the wand backward function. The wand can be adjusted 2 levels backward.
When no one is sitting, Press this button to open/close seat cover.( CMA21 OS- BX)
Adjust the strength of cover lid opening by ” Strength” key(+,-)after keep pressmg”Cover Lid” key in about 3 seconds till the”SD “is showed out. SO clamps the least,S9 clamps the most.)

Stop/Power
Press this button while using to stop running.
The product will also stop running while people get up from toilet.(Except when enabling kids mode functions)
Press this button to stop function for washing or drying.
Kepp pressing to turn on/off power.

Water Temp
Press this button to adjust water temperature to your preference. The water temperature is adjustable in 4 levels. According to the use environment, the actual water temperature is about93.2°F(34°CH04°F(40°C),

Drying Temp
While the dryer function is operating, press ‘Dry temp’ to adjust the drying temperature. There are 5 levels to adjust.

Seat Temp
Press this button to adjust seat temperature to your preference. The seat temperature is adjustable in 4 levels. According to the use environment, the actual seat temperature is about 89.6°F(32°C)-100.4°F(38°C).
Remarks : With long seat reminder function, the machine will give an alarm sound after 15 minutes to remind you to leave the seat.

Maintenance

WARNING
Always disconnect the power plug from the outlet before cleaning, maintenance or inspection. (see left)
(Failure to do so may cause electric shock or malfunction, resulting in a breakdown.)

Wand cleaning method

  1. When no one is seated, press the rear wash/bidet wash cleaning spray rod out for nozzle or nozzle cleaning.
  2. Remove the nozzle, clean it with a toothbrush or a soft cloth, install the nozzle back to the original position after cleaning, press the stop button, and return the spray rod to its original position.
  3. Note: Do not reset the nozzle when it is pulled out, which may cause failure

Main Unit (Approximately daily)

  1. Unplug the power plug.

  2. Wipe with a soft cloth that has been soaked in water and wrung-out thoroughly.
    For heavy dirt
    Wipe with a soft cloth soaked in diluted, neutral kitchen detergent, and then wipe with a soft cloth soaked in water.

  3. Insert the power plug.
    The “Power” LED lights up.

Maintenance

Gap between the Main Unit and Toilet Bowl (Perform monthly)
You can remove the main unit to clean the top of the toilet bowl and the bottom of the main unit.

  1. Unplug the power plug.

  2. Remove the main unit.
    Do not pull the unit with undue force (because the water supply hose and power cord are attached).

  3. Clean the gap.
    Wipe with a soft cloth soaked in a diluted, neutral kitchen detergent. Then, wipe it with a soft cloth soaked in water so that no detergent remains.

  4. Mount the main unit.

  5. Insert the power plug.
