Product Usage Instructions

Updating the Xesar Access Control System:

• For new installations, download the latest Xesar software version from the EVVA homepage.
• For existing installations, check for update notices in the Xesar Installation Manager and follow the instructions provided in the Xesar 3.1 system manual.

Maintenance App Update
After updating, uninstall the old maintenance app on the tablet manually.
Download the new maintenance app from the updated Xesar software (support tile) to the tablet and install it for error-free functionality.

Necessary Maintenance Tasks:
It is crucial to carry out necessary maintenance tasks after each update to ensure the proper functioning of the system.

Important information

• All tablets must be logged out before the update.
• Installation update: After the installation manager has been updated, the system can be updated to the new software version.
• After the update, any maintenance tasks must be carried out.

• Correction of the area filter bug: Access media were not filtered correctly on the areas or installation locations pages
• Remedy of BLE status bug: BLE status of BLE components added with the 3-pin connector was not detected
• Support for a new generation of electronic modules for Xesar cylinders
