BP12ACC Single Stage Electric Pump for Inflatable Boats and SUPs.
The BP12ACC is powered by simply inserting the male electrical plug into a 12v
DC auxiliary power outlet also known as a car cigarette lighter. A vehicle may
come with several outlets, some in the rear passenger area or the cargo area.
These outlets usually have a plastic cap tethered to them and are usually
labelled as being only for DC power. Auxiliary power outlets are built into
Minn Kota Power Centers and other similar battery boxes.
Caution: Do not run the pump for more than 20 minutes continuously as
this can cause overheating and damage.
Caution: Allow the pump to cool for 20 minutes before restarting it.
Warning! Use the pump away from the water and protect it from rain to
avoid electrical short.
Warning! Do not leave running unattended.
Danger! Keep out of reach of children.

SETUP
BP12ACC
- Includes the storage bag with multiple compartments, and inflation hose with adapter.
- The electric cord has a power connector.
- The centre button is the positive terminal, the sides are the negative terminal.
- Screw the hose onto the inflation port on the end of the pump.
- An access hole with a protective flap allows the hose to be attached without taking the pump out of the bag.
- The power connector must be inserted into a 12v accessory power outlet.
- In a vehicle, the 12v power circuit is protected by a fuse, often rated at 10 to 20 amperes (amps).
- If the pump stops working before inflation is complete, the fuse may have tripped (see troubleshooting).
- The power connector can be used with a Minn Kota Power Center or a similar battery box with a battery
Recessed Valve Adapter
The groove in the red gasket must be facing outward. Pull the gasket off and
reverse it if necessary. The gasket may be stiff upon first use, stretch or
kneed gasket to soften it.
Recessed Valve
The valve stem must be in the UP (valve closed) position. Insert the adapter
into the valve and twist to the right. The “hooks” on the adapter will lock it
into place.
Set pressure
Turn the dial until the pointer indicates the desired pressure. The photo
shows 3.2 PSI. Orange numbers are PSI, and white numbers are bars (metric).
Sea Eagle pressure settings are listed to the right or check the boat owner’s
manual for the correct setting.
- Press the ON button to begin inflation. The pump automatically stops once the pressure is met.
- Do not turn off the pump.
- Keep the pump in a carry bag to make transportation easy and to protect the pump from sand.
- Warning: Do not run the pump for more than 20 minutes. Allow 20 minutes for cool down before restarting.

Troubleshooting
Problem: The pump does not shut off when inflating.
Remove hose. Connect the pump to a power source. Turn on and cover the red
(out) port to block airflow. If the pump shuts off, it is in working
condition. If the pump does not shut off, call Sea Eagle Customer Service, a
replacement is needed.
Problem: The pump stops working before inflation is complete and won’t
restart. The fuse might be blown. Replace the fuse, but do not use the pump in
that auxiliary power outlet.
Problem: The pump smells like it is burning.
Turn the pump off and do not try to restart it. Unplug from the power supply.
Call Sea Eagle Customer Service.
Problem: The pump no longer pumps air and is making an unusual noise.
The pumping mechanism has broken, call Sea Eagle Customer Service.
When calling Sea Eagle Customer Service, please have the pump, hose, adapter
and power supply available for testing and troubleshooting. Sea Eagle Boats
