About SIM card frequency bands?

1. First make sure your SIM card is inserted in the correct position
2. Need to use Micro-Sim card (15*12mm), and need to support the following frequency bands
   1. LTE FOD: B1,62,83,B84,65,87,B8,B12,613,B17,818,B19, B20,825,B26,B28(A+B),B66,B71
   2. LTE TDD:B34,B38,B39,B40,B41
   3. WCDMA:B1,82,B4,B5,86,88,B19
   4. GSM‘850/900/1800/1900MHz

Please click on ZLINK5, turn on your bluetooth and search for” ApplePie “, then pair, ( Note. Android Auto requires Android phone 11 or above. and the phone supports wireless Android Auto.)

First tum on your phone’s bluetooth, then search for” ApplePie” then pair

How to set up SIM card network?

1. Normally, there is no need to change the data network settings.
2. If there is a network signal and cannot use mobile data to surf the Intemet, go to Settings – Intemet Access – Mobile Network – Advanced – Access Point Name, select another APN or add a new APN Refers to your phone and the same network operator.

Heow to link bluetooth devices?

Go to settings, find “connected devices”, and then “Pair new device”.

Why is my remote not working?

Goto Settings > ApplePie Settings -> Click on streaming audio whitelist to set

How to restore the production system?

Go to Settings ->Find System – >Click Advanced – >Click Reset Options >Reset options-> Erase all date (factory reset)
Note: After factory reset, the device needs to be re-adapted to the car, and the waiting time is long.

In ApplePie Setting>Use the OEM GPS Date
Disable this option by default’Some car models support this option you can use the original car GPS antenna to locate,For those cars that they don’ t support original car GPS,enabling this option will cause your current location can’t be located ,It is required to restart the system after switching option status.
