- Place pads on the pad holder or place the plastic film on the sticky side of the pad to keep the gel moist.

SETUP
Unpack the box of the product, take the product and accessories out, and connect the electrode pad to the device.
- The device has two independent channels A&B . Make sure which channels (channel A or B or both) you want to use before you connect wires to the device.
- Put pads on your skin before turning on the device. Use at least one pair of pads, one pad alone will not work.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Connect the pads to the wire by clipping them on, and then remove the protective film.
- Place the pads on the desired area, and plug the wires into one of the ports on the device (Channel A or Channel B). For additional relief, use an additional pair of pads plugged into the other port on the same area. Ensure both pads are not overlapping, and that your skin is free from any dirt, oil, or lotion.
- Turn the device on by sliding the on/off switch at the top of the unit to the ‘on’ position. The unit is now activated.
- Press the “M” button to select a different main mode (there are 6 main modes to choose from, each main mode contains different sub-modes). Press the center button to select a different sub-mode within the current main mode. The strength setting will default to the lowest setting upon selecting a new mode.
- Increase the intensity by pressing the + button; decrease the intensity by pressing the – button.
- To adjust the timer, press the ”T” button. 10,20,30,40,50,60mins timers are available.The default time is 20 minutes.

Attach pads per the illustration, on the left/ on the outside of your ankle/foot. Attach the pads per illustration on the righV on the other side of your ankle/foot -
ABS/SHOULDER

(Do not put pads on the spine)
TIPS AND MAINTENANCE
- It is suggested that you do not use the massager on any given area of skin for a duration greater than 20 min 2 times per day. Consult with your physician for longer or more frequent uses.
- Start from the lowest intensity and gradually adjust the intensity to a comfortable level on a scale from 1 to 20.
- Good skin care is important to ensure comfortable use of the device. Be sure the treatment site is clean of dirt and body lotion.
- Keeping the electrode in its case after use will extend its lifespan. The electrode is disposable and should be replaced when it loses its adhesive. To purchase additional electrodes, please contact us at support@nursal.co.
