Function Introduction

Installing a tire pressure sensor can detect the tire pressure and temperature, transmit signals to the recorder via Bluetooth, and display the tire pressure and temperature values in real-time.
Tire pressure that is too low or too high will cause danger during riding. Real-time data detection can reduce our safety risks during riding.

Tire pressure is too high:
Tires have poor grip and are prone to slipping.

Tire pressure is too low:
Tires are prone to wear and rollover when turning.

Installation Method

Step 1: New tire pressure sensor comes with clear insulation mylar sheet. First, remove the cover of the tire pressure sensor and unplug the insulation mylar sheet. At this time, the host will automatically identify the tire pressure sensor; then screw the cover back on, making sure to tighten it. There is waterproof glue at the cover interface, and the waterproof effect will be better when tightened.

Step 2: Open the installation tool kit and take out the anti-theft nut and wrench. Install the anti-theft nuts at the inflation ports of the front and rear wheels, then install the tire pressure devices on the wheels respectively, and finally use a nut wrench to tighten the anti-theft nuts counterclockwise.

Dash-cam Operation Methods and Precautions

Each dash cam will be matched with a tire pressure sensor before leaving the factory and can be directly installed on the wheel after receipt. (Currently, this tire pressure sensor is only suitable for the D16X model)

View the tire pressure value:

Recording Interface : If the tire pressure connection is successful, the tire pressure value will be displayed on the upper right side of the video recording interface.

HUD interface : The HUD interface can also display tire pressure data and tire temperature data simultaneously.

Note:

1. When the icon displays green, it means that your tire is normal.
   This value is only for reference. If the value is found to be close to the critical value or the value changes significantly in a short period, it is recommended that you check the tire to avoid safety accidents.

2. When the icon displays in red, it means that your tires are not very safe. It is recommended that you check the tires to avoid safety accidents.

3. If the tire pressure connection does not display the value for the first time, it will display normally after riding for a short period.

4. The unit of tire pressure defaults to bar and can be switched to PSI; the unit of tire temperature defaults to ℃ and can be switched to ℉ . Just find the corresponding function button in the menu interface [Settings 2] and switch it.

Check the tire pressure equipment number:

Click the [Menu] icon at the bottom of the recording interface to enter the setting interface. Click the [Tire Pressure Pairing] function of [Set 2 ] to view the tire pressure device number. If the device number is displayed normally, it means that the tire pressure has been connected normally.

Rematch tire pressure method:

On the [Tire Pressure Pairing] interface, click [Clear Pairing], and a prompt window will pop up to confirm clearing pairing, and the tire pressure device number will be cleared; then open the cover of the tire pressure sensor, take out the button battery, wait 5 seconds, and then insert the battery into the tire pressure sensor to detect the tire pressure. At this time, the tire pressure device number reappears, indicating that the pairing is successful.

Steps to Remove Button Batteries:

Note!

1. If the front and rear wheel pairing data are cleared at the same time, or the front and rear tire pressure device numbers are not displayed, and the tire pressure needs to be rematches, the tire pressure that was successfully paired first will be the front tire pressure by default.
2. To avoid confusing the front and rear tire pressure data, you can remove the button batteries from the front and rear tire pressures at the same time, then install the battery for the front tire pressure back first, and then the battery for the rear tire pressure.
3. When the tire pressure data on the HUD interface does not display for a long time, it may be that the tire pressure sensor battery is insufficient. Please replace the tire pressure sensor battery. Battery model: lithium battery CR1632.
