Key Description
-
Power Key
Press the power key once to turn it ON or OFF. The compressor is equipped with a self-protection feature that introduces a 3-minute delay if the machine is turned off and then on again within a 3-minute interval. This means the compressor will wait for 3 minutes before restarting. Additionally, the machine is designed with a memory function, ensuring that when powered on, it automatically resumes the last used settings. -
Fan Speed Mode Key
Use this key to select different levels of fans speed. The fan speed can be adjusted under each humidistat setting.
Note: This key also serves as the Child Lock switch. Press and hold it for 3 seconds to activate or shut down the Child Lock. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate accordingly. -
Timer Key
Upon powering up the machine, press the Timer key. A beep will sound, and the corresponding status indicator along with the ‘H’ timer symbol will light up. After pressing the Timer key, use the Left or Right adjustment keys to select your desired duration (0-24 hours). Once the set duration elapses, the machine will automatically switch to standby mode.
Important Notes for Timer Use:
1. If you turn off the machine using the On/Off key before the timer completes, the timer setting will be cancelled.
2. Changing the working mode during the timer’s operation will not affect the original settings.
3. A timing accuracy deviation of ±0.7% is normal when the ambient temperature is between 0°C-40°C (32°F-104°F).
4. To modify the timer settings, simply press the Timer button again.
Note: The Timer key also functions as the Wi-Fi key, serving dual purposes based on the duration of the press. Refer to the section “Wi-Fi Setup”.
-
Humidistat Key
When you press this key, the corresponding status indicator and humidity symbol ‘%’ will illuminate. At the same time, the Left and Right Adjustment keys will light up and flash. This signals that you can set your desired target humidity using these adjustment keys. You can set the humidity level within a range of 40% to 80%, with the default setting being ‘40’. Each press of this key will increase or decrease the value by 5%. If you set it at ‘40’, this means no specific target humidity is established.
After you’ve set your target humidity, if there’s no signal indicating that the Left and Right Adjustment keys have been pressed for more than 3 seconds, the machine will consider the setting valid. Subsequently, the Left and Right Adjustment keys will cease flashing and return to their normal display state. -
Comfort Mode Key
In the startup status, press the Comfort Mode key, its indicator light will be on, and the machine will enter the rate of comfortable dehumidification (dehumidification humidity will be controlled automatically between 45% and 55%). Press this key again, and ts indicator light will be off, and every time it is pressed, the buzzer will sound once. -
Left and Right Adjustment keys
This key is only effective when either the Custom Dehumidification key or the Timer key is valid; When this key takes effect, the Left and Right Adjustment keys flash three times and light up one by one. Finally, both are on (the process takes about 3 seconds). this time, corresponding settings can be made. Please refer to the corresponding vital descriptions and Indicator Light Descriptions for detailed setting methods. -
Anion Key
Turn on and off the negative ion functions. This releases negative ions into the air, which then attach themselves to positive ions, such as dust and pollen, which are floating in the air. The enlarged ion becomes too heavy to stay afloat and falls either into the dehumidifier’s filter or onto the ground, where it can be vacuumed up. -
Indicator Light
The two-digit code tube is a white light highlight field; Its display functions are as follows:
1. The current measured ambient relative humidity states are displayed as follows.
* In the startup state, the humidity can be displayed directly.
* In the shutdown state, the number is not displayed.
* The usual range of ambient humidity is 40-80; LO is shown when it is below 40, and Hl is shown when it is above 80.
2. **Set humidity:** After pressing the humidistat key and left and right adjustment keys , you can start. See “Description of humidistat key” for details.
3. **Set Timer clock:** You can set Timer clock after pressing the Timer key and left and right adjustment keys . See “Description of Timer key” for details.

TROUBLESHOOTING
- Shutdown Before Maintenance: Always turn off the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
Avoid Water Exposure: Do not sprinkle water on the machine.
Cleaning the Casing: Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Avoid using chemical solvents such as benzene, alcohol, or gasoline as they can damage or deform the casing.
Compressor Operation Conditions:
- Temperature Constraints: The compressor may not operate if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (50°F) or above 35°C (95°F), or if the temperature sensor malfunctions.
- Defrosting Cycle: If the sensor detects the evaporator copper tube’s temperature is below 2°C (28°F) (even though the room temperature is higher than that), the machine will enter a defrost cycle for about 30 minutes. The machine should return to normal operation once defrost is completed.
- Compressor and Fan Operation: During the defrost cycle, the compressor is inactive, but the fan will continue to operate.
Troubleshooting Prior to Contacting Customer Service:
