GETTING STARTED
SETTING UP THE OASIS MINI
CONNECT THE USBC
Cable to the Oasis Mini, and plug the other end into the power adapter.
REMOVE THE GLASS COVER
Use the included sand smoothing card to remove the glass cover.
(The notch is a small rectangular cutout towards the rear of Oasis Mini.
Insert the card between the notch and glass.).
ADD SAND
Tear open the sand packet and pour all of it into the center of Oasis Mini.
Only use one packet at a time.
SMOOTH IT OUT
Use the card to smooth out the sand as evenly as you can.
PLACE METAL BALL
Place the metal ball in the middle of Oasis Mini.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
QUICK TIPS
- To ensure optimal performance and safety, please use only the power adapter provided with your Oasis Mini.
- Only use materials provided through our store or recommended by us directly.
- Some materials may not come in pre-measured packets. In these cases, use 5 teaspoons of material.
- Always disconnect your Oasis Mini from power before cleaning or maintenance.
UNDERSTANDING THE REAR BUTTON FUNCTIONS
QUICK PRESS
Toggles your Oasis Mini between sleep and wake mode. Give it a try if your
Mini is plugged in but doesn’t appear to be awake.
HOLD FOR 3 SECONDS
Use this to reset your WiFi settings; particularly useful when changing to a
new network.
HOLD FOR 8 SECONDS
Initiate a full reset; this function clears all files stored in memory,
returning your Oasis Mini to its original settings.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
ERROR CODES
If your Oasis Mini encounters an error, the LEDs will light up red. The number of LEDs helps to identify the type of error.
- Memory Error. Attempt 8 second button hold
- WiFi Error. Attempt 3 second button hold and “Add New Device” through the app
- DNS Error. Attempt 3 second button hold and “Add New Device” through the app
- Failed to open file. Power cycle device.
- Not enough memory to perform the upgrade. Power cycle device.
- Error while trying to upgrade. Power cycle and re-attempt upgrade.
- Error while trying to download the new firmware. Power cycle and re-attempt upgrade
- Error while reading the upgrading file. Power cycle and re-attempt upgrade
- Failed to start downloading the upgrade file. Power cycle and re-attempt upgrade
- Error while downloading a pattern. Power cycle device.
- Error while opening the file. Power cycle device.
- Failed to delete a file. Power cycle device.
- Error while opening the job file. Power cycle device.
