Please read this leaflet and the accompanying documentation carefully before using your Ring, mobile app, and any other related services (“Services” and collectively, “Ring and Services”). Failure to follow the instructions below could result in product damage, malfunction, or even injury.

Please be cautious that the Ring does not get caught on fixed structures or heavy objects when moving yourself or said heavier objects.
If you experience redness or skin irritation
on your finger due to the Ring, remove it immediately. If symptoms persist longer than 2-3 days of not using the Ring, please contact a dermatologist.

Use, care, and maintenance

Finger size can vary depending on the time of the day, and sometimes it may be difficult to remove the Ring from your finger. In case the Ring gets stuck:

Use cold water and gentle soap to wet your finger, and slowly twist the Ring to remove it.
Hold your hand up above your heart until the blood pressure gets lower, and then try to remove it In cases of emergency and/or discomfort, when you can’t remove the Ring yourself, seek immediate medical attention.

Use a soft cloth or hand wash with mild soap and water to clean the Ring.
Your Ring can be worn during showers, baths, swimming, and snorkeling.
Try to avoid wearing the Ring when strength training, working with a shovel or other heavy tools, or carrying heavy objects made of metal, ceramics or stone. In addition, try to avoid wearing the Ring next to other rings or objects which are made of metal, ceramics, stones or diamonds. The Ring may get scratched and can itself scratch softer metal jewelry or other objects in close contact with the Ring like phone covers made of gold, silver, or aluminum. Some ceramic phone covers with a soft coating may also get scratched.
Keep the Ring away from children. This product is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Seek immediate medical attention if you know or suspect that a child has swallowed the Ring. Do not leave the Ring exposed to heat, such as in a vehicle or in the sun. Do not puncture the Ring or its battery.
Please avoid handling batteries, or working on devices and with machinery that contain batteries while wearing your Ring. In certain cases, where both the cathode and the anode of another battery touch the Ring, there is a risk

of a short circuit which is similar to standard metallic rings. This can result in a potentially dangerous shock. Please take the proper precautions to avoid these situations.

Specifications

Outer surface materials: Titanium with physical vapor deposition (PVD) coating in black. Decorative inlays and Gucci interlocking G logo in 18K gold.
Inner surface materials: Non-allergenic, non-metallic seamless inner molding.

Memory capacity: Recommended to sync Ring data daily with Oura application. Ring is capable of storing up to 3 weeks of data depending on type and frequency of Ring use.
Battery: rechargeable 15mAh (US6) – 22mAh (US13) Lipo battery, non-replaceable.
• Battery life: typically between 4-7 days. Battery life changes depending on the type and frequency of Ring use.
Charging: Wireless charging with Gucci x Oura charger.
Charging time: typically between 20 – 80 minutes depending on the Ring starting charge level.
Red and green light-emitting diodes (LED) used in the Ring are in the visible colour range. They are safe to the user and to the people around.
Connectivity: Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth Smart®).
Ring firmware updatability: Automatic firmware updates via Oura app.
Oura app availability: App Store, Google Play.
Oura app compatibility: See ouraring.com/compatibility.
Security: Encrypted Bluetooth communication used between the Ring and the app.
Ring is water resistant To 100m/328ft.
Charger is not water resistant and is intended for indoor use only. Do not use or store the charger in humid environments like bathrooms.
Operating temperature range: -10-52ºC / 14-125ºF.
Charging in room temperature.
Charger input connector and voltage USB Type-C connector. USB nominal 5V.
Equipment intended to be supplied by an external 5Vdc supply that complies with IEC 62368-1 standard. The power available to the equipment shall never exceed 15W after 3 seconds.
Charger complies with EN/IEC 62368-1 international safety standard for ICT and AV equipment.
Dispose of the Ring (and internal battery) in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations. Special handling may be required. The charger is an electronic device and local legislation for electronics recycling should be followed.
Check instructions in support ouraring.com to perform a factory reset before Ring disposal.

Your use of the Services is subject to Oura’s Terms of Use, available at https://ouraring com/terms of use/, and Privacy Policy, available at https://ouraring.com/privacy-policy/. In case of any conflict between the content of this leaflet and Oura’s Terms of Use, the content of this leaflet shall prevail.

GUCCI x OURA RING INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

AUSTRALIA
Gucci x Oura ring and its charger set (the “Goods”) come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have te Goods repaired or replaced if Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. A major failure occurs when the Goods are:

significantly different from the description, sample or demonstration provided;
substantially unfit for their normal purpose or any disclosed purpose;
unsafe;
are such that a reasonable consumer would not have bought the Goods if they had known about the problem.

The Goods are covered by a 2-year international warranty, valid from the date of purchase. This warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. The warranty covers any fault arising from defective parts or a manufacturing defect. It does not under any circumstances cover any damage to the Goods caused by

normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents;
consumable parts included in ring, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
damage resulting from your failure to use
the ring in accordance with the instructions accompanying the ring or available at our websites;
damage resulting from an accident, flood, fire, misuse, or abuse; damage resulting from service performed, or damage resulting from tampering or alterations to the ring, by anyone not authorized by Gucci and Oura; or
use of the ring with any other application or software than the Oura mobile app. The Goods will be repaired or replaced either with new or refurbished parts or Goods.

If the Goods are believed to be faulty, defective or wrongly described, or are otherwise not of acceptable quality or in breach of the Australian Consumer Law, and you wish to receive a refund, return or repair of the Goods or seek any of its other remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, or if you wish to claim the international warranty, you must immediately contact the Gucci Client Services by email to [email protected] , by calling 1300492212, or by post to the following address:

You may also take the Goods into a Gucci directly operated boutique.
All requests for repair, refund or exchange of the Goods shall be accompanied by the Goods, their proof of purchase and your details (name, address and telephone number).
To the extent permissible by law, Gucci and Oura’s maximum aggregate liability to you (whether under contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise) in connection with the supply or use of the Goods is limited to the cost of the Goods (including any delivery charges). The previous sentence does not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
In the event that you request the repair, replacement or refund due to lack of conformity with your statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Gucci will bear the delivery costs for returning the Goods to be repaired, replaced or returned, as well as any costs to deliver back to you the repaired or replaced Goods.

UNITED STATES AND CANADA
Gucci x Oura ring and its charger set (the
“Goods”) are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase all over the world.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other statutory rights, which may vary from state to state and province to province.
This international limited warranty covers any and all mechanical and manufacturing defects, excluding any damage to the Goods caused by

normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents;
consumable parts included in ring, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
damage resulting from your failure to use
the ring in accordance with the instructions accompanying the ring or available at our websites;
damage resulting from an accident, flood, fire, misuse, or abuse;
damage resulting from service performed, or damage resulting from tampering or alterations to the ring, by anyone not authorized by Gucci and Oura; or use of the ring with any other application or software than the Oura mobile app.

During the 2-year warranty period, and by presenting a valid proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. The Goods will be repaired or replaced either with new or refurbished parts or Goods.
For any maintenance or repair operation, you can either take the Goods into a Gucci directly operated boutique or contact the Gucci Client Services. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUCCI AND OURA SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF GUCCI OR OURA CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GUCCI OR OURA OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, RETAILERS, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, RESELLERS, SERVICE CENTERS OR OTHER AUTHORIZED AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO THE RING (INCLUDING ANY REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT
OR COMPONENT) OR ITS USE. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by country, state or province.
REST OF THE WORLD
Gucci x Oura ring and its charger set (the “Goods”) are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase all over the world.
Please note that this international warranty is independent of, and does not affect, your rights against the seller nor any other mandatory statutory rights you, as purchaser, may have against the seller.
