Before You Start

  • Please read all instructions carefully.
  • Retain instructions for future reference.
  • Separate and count all parts and hardware.
  • Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
  • We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
  • Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
  • Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

Assembly Instruction

  1. Unpack and set the trolley on a level and dry floor surface.
  2. To lock the Handle vertically, push down on the Lock Bar ( 1 ), and pull the Handle ( ) to its upright position until it locks into place.
  3. To raise the Handle to its full height, push down on the Lock Bar, then pull up on the Handle until it clicks into place.
  4. To extend the Bed ( & ), pull up on the Tab Lock ( 5 ) and unlock it from the support, then slide the Bed Extension ( 3 ) out from the Bed ( 4 ) and lock the Tab Lock on the center support.
  5. To collapse the unit, unlock the Tab Lock ( 5 ), and push the Bed Extension all the way in, then lock the Tab Lock on the support nearest the back wheels. Push down on the Lock Bar ( 1 ), slide the Handle to its shortest height, then lower the Handle ( 2 ) to its fully collapsed position. Be cautious not to pinch fingers or injure hands.

Attention:

  1. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
  2. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity for the trolley.
  3. Always evenly balance the load to avoid tipping. Be aware of dynamic loading!
  4. Do not stand, or allow anyone else to stand on the folding trolley as it may tip, causing personal injury.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions

  • DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.

  • In case a return is required, the item must be returned in original box. Without this your return will not be accepted.

  • Take a photo of the box markings.
    A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.

  • Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable).
    A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.

  • Send us an email with the images requested.

  • Email us directly from marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
