Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps
- Remove the old toilet.
- Place the new toilet in the designated position.
- Vertically mark the intersection points along the side holes.
- Measure the drilling hole locations at a distance of 2.95 inches from the intersection points.
- Drill the holes and install the expansion bolt sleeves.
- Tighten the L-shaped bolts, positioning them close to the sides of the toilet.
- Confirm the toilet’s position and secure it by screwing it into the side holes and covering it with decorative caps.
- Finalize the installation.

REMOVE OLD TOILET
IMPORTANT: Shut off the main water supply before installation!
- Shut off the water supply line. If you do not have a shut-off valve near the toilet shut off the main water supply line.
- Flush the old toilet and make sure that the tank is empty.
- Disconnect and remove the water supply line connected to the toilet’s tank.
- Remove the old toilet, bolts, and nuts from the closet flange.
- Clean the closet flange area from the old wax ring and putty sealant using a putty knife from the base area.
- Clean any remaining debris and wipe any water at the installation area
- Temporarily plug a flange on a floor with a flange plug or towel to prevent gasses from escaping.
INSTALLATION STEPS
- Place the toilet in the designated position
- Place the toilet in the designated position
- Vertically mark the intersection points along the side holes
- Move the toilet aside and measure the drilling hole locations, with a distance of 2.95 inches from the intersection points
- After positioning, drill the holes
- Install the expansion bolt sleeves
- Tighten the L-shaped bolts, positioning them as close as possible to the left and right sides of the toilet, with adjustable positioning
- Place the toilet to confirm the proper position
- Screw in the side holes, secure the toilet to the L-shaped bolts, and cover it with decorative caps
- Installation is complete
ADJUSTMENT & MAINTENANCE (DUAL FLUSH VALVE)
Important Note: Flush GPF amount is factory set. (1.6GPF/0.8GPF)
- No additional adjustment is required. This page is for reference only.
- All adjustments are already made by the manufacturer.
Full flush and half Flush range will decline when the button is moved upward from the bottom.
- Full flush requires the adjustment of 2 valves, the “FULL” red valve and the “FULL” green valve.Adjust upwards to reduce the water flow and downwards to increase the water flow.2 valves must be synchronized.
- Half flush requires the adjustment of 1 valve, the “HALF” green valve.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If the rod is too short, please re-adjust it (outward rotation).
- If the rod is too long please cut off the extra length and re-adjust it.
MAINTENANCE & CARE
Use soft sponges or soft cloths to clean the surface. Always rinse thoroughly any cleaning solutions immediately after cleaning. Do not any chemicals remain on the surface for extended periods.
IMPORTANT!
- DO NOT USE: Abrasive cleaners such as: acid, ammonia, bleach, and similar solutions. Use of such solutions may cause corrosion, finish peeling, and/or dull the surface.
- DO NOT USE: Abrasive sponges or cloth. Never use steel, wool, or wire brushes that will permanently scratch the surface.
FILL/FLUSH VALVES MAINTENANCE & CARE
- Do not pour any amounts of chlorine or any other chemicals into the tank.
- Use of chemical products will result in damage to the fill valve and flush valve components and may cause flood and property damage
Note: fill and flush valves are maintenance-free. No maintenance is required.
