SAFETY
When selecting web lashings (tie
downs) consideration must be given to the required lashing capacity, taking
into account the mode of use and the nature of the load to be secured.
Tie downs must be strong enough
and of the correct length for the mode of use.
Take care that the load is
stable when the tie down is released.
Avoid exposure of the tie down
to chemicals.
Do noT use if tie down is damaged. A visual inspection before use is
recommended.
Avoid sharp edges. Protect tie
downs by using sleeves or corner protectors.
Do noT overload.
Do noT use if knotted.
INTRODUCTION
Manufactured from polyester webbing. Stitched reinforcement at joins and loops. Suitable for workshop use or for securing motorcycle to flatbed or trailer. Secures rear wheel to anchor point without compressing the suspension units, thus reducing the risk of seal damage. ratchet mechanically tensions the webbing using a simple drum and ratchet mechanism for superior load restraint.

OPERATION
4.1. Position straps around rear wheel as shown in fig 2.
4.2. Attach hook fig 3. to anchor point so as to pull the bike forward.
4.3. using ratchet tighten strap until wheel is clamped into position.
STORAGE
5.1. Always store in a dry place.
MAINTENANCE
6.1. Use a light duty oil on the gears and slides to keep the ratchet operating properly.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and
disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the
product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any
fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and
fluids according to local regulations.
