Judgement basis: Bluetooth name can be searched, but it shows that it can’t be paired. Solution: Because of the frequency of Bluetooth update speed, some mobile phones may not be paired successfully, you can get in touch with us, we come to help you solve it. -
Cannot take photos after Bluetooth connection Judgement basis: After connecting, press the remote control, the phone shows the volume key, can not take pictures.
Solution: Please change the shutter in the camera settings to the volume button in your phone.
