OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Features

  1. 12/24-hour display (military / first Responder time display).
  2. Perpetual calendar to display month / date / day up to 2099.
  3. Ascending beep alarm with 5-minute snooze function.
  4. 3 individual alarm time setups with repeatable 5 days (MON~FRI), 6 days (MON~SAT), and 7 days (MON~SUN) options.
  5. Indoor temperature in °F or °C and humidity.
  6. Backlight display upon demand.

General Note: During the setup procedures if there is no valid operation for a couple seconds, for example time or alarm time setup, the clock will automatically exit the setting mode. Previous or default settings will be restored from memory.

I. To Start the Clock
Remove battery cover. Insert two fresh, good quality “AA” size batteries into the battery compartment with polarity as indicated. When replacing the old batteries, please replace both batteries at the same time. It is strongly recommended to use new batteries each time.

II. To Set the Time

  • The setting flow is YEAR > MONTH > DATE > 12/24HR > HOUR > MINUTE.
  • Press and hold SET button for 3 second to start setting the time and date.
  • When the year digit is flashing, press the UP or DOWN button to select the correct year. Press SET button to confirm the setting.
  • After year is set, the month digits will flash then. Press UP or DOWN button to adjust to correct month. Press SET button to confirm the setting. Follow same processes to setup the date, hour, and minute.
  • The day of week will be automatically adjusted according to the year entered.

III. To Set the Alarm Time

There are 3 alarm time settings available. Default Alarm 1 is 6:00 AM. Default Alarm 2 is 7:00 AM. Default Alarm 3  is 8:00 AM.
The setting flow is HOUR>MINUTE> ALARM MODE (REPEATABLE IN 5/6/7 DAYS).

  • In normal time mode, press UP button to select Alarm 1 , Alarm 2 or Alarm 3  setting. The icon will be shown on the display respectively.
  • Press the SET button, the alarm HOUR flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to advance the correct hour.
  • Press the SET button, the alarm MINUTE flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to advance the correct minute.
  • Press the SET button, the alarm mode “7 DAY” flashes. Press the UP or DOWN button to select which group of days the alarm will be set for.
  • Press the SET button to confirm the Alarm setting. Alarm setting is completed.
  • Follow the steps above to setup Alarm 2 and Alarm 3.

IV. To Activate Alarm and Snooze Function

  • Press the DOWN button to turn the alarm ON / OFF. When alarm is ON, the alarm time, alarm mode and alarm icon or or will show on display.
  • The alarm will be activated at the programed wake up time and selected alarm mode (either 1,2 or 3) — which repeats each week.
  • When the alarm is playing, press or touch the destinated area “SNZ/LIGHT” on the top of case. Snooze function will be activated and icon flashes on display. The alarm will sound in 5 minutes later.
  • To stop the alarm, press and hold on the designated area “SNZ/LIGHT ” on top of the case for 3 seconds. This will turn the alarm will off.

V. To Select Temperature Scale °F / °C
In normal time mode, press and hold DOWN button to alternate between °C and °F for the indoor temperature display.

VI. To Activate Display Backlight
Press or touch the designated area “SNZ/LIGHT ” on the top of
case to activate the display backlight stays lit for five seconds.

General Notes

  1. Use a clean, dry, soft cloth to wipe away fingerprints. Do not use any solvents or abrasive cleaner / polish.
  2. Do not tape anything to clock surface as the adhesive can degrade the finish.
  3. Replace the battery if the timekeeping becomes erratic or sound becomes “Fuzzy” as this may be an indication of battery exhaustion.
  4. If present, gently peel off protective film on top and/or front of clock.
