Product Usage Instructions

Powering On the Device

  1. Press and hold the Power Button located on the top view of the device to turn it on.
  2. If it’s the first time using the device, follow the initial setup instructions displayed on the screen.

Connecting to WIFI
The WIFI functionality is turned off by default. To connect to a WIFI network:

  1. Go to Settings > WIFI.
  2. Toggle the WIFI switch to the ON position.
  3. Select your WIFI network and enter the password if required.
  4. Once connected, you can start browsing the internet.

Enabling Bluetooth
To enable Bluetooth on your device:

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
  2. Toggle the Bluetooth switch to the ON position.
  3. You can now pair your device with Bluetooth accessories or other devices.

Q: What should I do if my device shuts down automatically?
A: If your 7X-CC-C9K-X device shuts down automatically, it may be due to a low battery. Connect it to a power supply using the AC adapter to charge and power it back on.

Managing Device Power

AC Adapter

Batteries
The 7X-CC-C9K-X device has one battery. If the 7X-CC-C9K-X device is not charged or powered up by the power supply, the 7X-CC-C9K-X device will shut down automatically. For more information, see the Battery safety, page

Using the 7X-CC-C9K-X

Power on for The First Time.

  1. When starting for the first time, fully charge the device.
    Plug the power adapter into the device and charge the device to make sure that the battery is full.

  2. Boot.

    • Press the power button to power on until the power LED is on.
    • Do not press the power button repeatedly, and do not press and hold the power key for more than 8 seconds.
  3. Enter/exit sleep mode.

    • When the device opens the Android system, press the power key shortly to see the screen turned off. The power LED will flash, indicating that the system is in sleep mode.
    • When the device enters sleep mode, press the power-on key to see the screen lit. When the power LED is solid, the system has exited sleep mode and entered normal operating mode.
  4. Shutdown/Reboot.
    Short press the power button to shut down or reboot the device.

Use WIFI
Wifi is default set to be off.

Use Bluetooth.
BT is default set to be off.

Precautions for the safe use of the product

Before using the 7X-CC-C9K-X device, please read this manual and precautions carefully. Otherwise, some unforeseen consequences can occur. The operating environment temperature of the equipment should not exceed 50℃.

Battery safety.
The battery working environment temperature is 0℃ to 40℃. Please do not use the battery in an environment exceeding this temperature range.

  1. Improper replacement of the battery is dangerous. If needed, use the battery recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. The battery charging temperature range is 0℃ to 45℃. Please do not charge the battery outside this ambient temperature range.
  3. When using battery power in an extremely low-temperature environment, you may experience shortened operating times and incorrect battery level readings. This phenomenon comes from the chemical characteristics of batteries. The appropriate operating temperature for the battery is 0°C ~ 40°C
  4. Do not leave the battery pack in storage for more than six months without recharging it.
  5. Recharge the battery pack when it is nearly discharged. When recharging, make sure that the battery pack is fully charged. Doing so may avoid harm to the battery pack.

Charging Safety
When charging the device, please place the device in a normal room. The recommended device charging environment temperature range is 0℃ to 40℃.

Wi-Fi is secure.
Turn off Wi-Fi features when Wi-Fi is prohibited, such as during an aeroplane flight.

Care and maintenance.
When wearing headphones, excessive volume can cause hearing loss and even damage to heart

Troubleshooting

  • In most cases, restarting your device will cure any problem. If your device has crashed, hold down the power button for 8 seconds to hard shut down. Press it again to turn it back on.
  • If this does not fix the problem, contact your supplier.
  • Please have your serial number ready. This can be found on the back of your device.

The device has been tested for body-worn Specific Absorption Rate (SAR)compliance. The FCC has established detailed SAR requirements and has established these requirements. RF Exposure Information The radio module has been evaluated under FCC Bulletin C95.1 and IEEE 1528 and found to be compliant with RF Exposure from radio frequency devices.

This device meets the applicable government requirements for exposure to radio frequency waves. The highest reported SAR level for usage near the body (0mm) is 1.382W/kg.
