DPF Filter Flushing Treatment
The Errecom DPF Filter Flushing and Rinsing Treatment is one of the most
effective and complete solutions on the market.
It provides: DPF FLUSH, which is the first step for flushing, and DPF
RINSE, second step for rinsing.
DPF FLUSH is a non-flammable liquid, free of suspended metals, specific for the flushing of Particulate Filters. Due to its special formulation, DPF FLUSH is able to act deeply in the catalyst honeycomb. It easily removes charcoal and soot residues that obstruct the normal discharge of engine exhaust fumes by restoring normal functionality.
Its foamy formulation saturates the entire filter, ensuring action across the surface.
WARNING! DPF FLUSH and RINSE must always be used in combination.
Instructions

Turn off the vehicle, wait until the vehicle and the silencer have cooled to prevent the product from working on excessively hot surfaces.

Charge one liter of DPF FLUSH into the DPF GUN.

To insert the fluid, its best to get in through a temperature sensor directly before the DPF so that you can cover all the DPF with fluid by pointing the nozzle all around the front of the DPF to ensure full coating.
BUT, this is not allways easy or even possible due to the design of many DPF,s. So its common to insert the fluid through the DPF pressure sensor front pipe. -
Spray 1 litre of the DPF Flush into the DPF in 5 second bursts (spray for 5 seconds, wait for 5 seconds, etc) until the gun is empty and then continue spraying air from the empty bottle for 3 minutes.

Then leave the DPF flush soak for 30 minutes

Then spray 1 litre of the DPF Rinse (same procedure as step 4)

You can then start the engine (outside in a well-ventilated area) and allow the engine to idle for 20 minutes.

Then drive the car for 15 minutes and finally perform a forced regeneration
Ensure that the reason for the DPF blocking initially has been repaired or it will block again
*Sometimes (depending on the vehicle type) there will be foam from the tailpipe when you leave it running for 20 minutes, please dispose of accordingly.
