Product Usage Instructions

Safety:
Warning: Make sure the battery is completely drained before removal. Follow the steps provided in the manual to disconnect and remove the battery safely for disposal.

Facility:

  1. Remove the pre-installed screws, machine screws, and nuts as indicated.
  2. Insert the mudguard into the front fork and fix it securely with screws.
  3. Connect the motor wire.
  4. Insert the front wheel into the front fork.
  5. Secure the front wheel using machine screws and nuts.

Rules for Safe Riding:
Ensure children use the product under parental supervision. Do not use the product in traffic areas. Always use protective equipment while operating the vehicle.

Note: All screws, nuts and small plastic parts are pre-installed in the corresponding position, please follow the steps to remove before you install the product.

  • Always wear shoes, always sit on the seat.
  • Not to be used in traffic.
  • This toy is unsuitable for children under 18 months due to its maximum speed; Maximum user weight is 20 kg (44 lbs).
  • This toy has no brake.

Rules for Safe Riding

  • Keep Children within Safe Riding Areas:
    Never use in roadway, near motor vehicles, on lawn space, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools or other bodies of water;

  • Use the toy only on flat surfaces. Such as inside your house, garden or playground.

  • Never use in the dark. A child could encounter unexpected obstacles and have an accident.

  • Operate the vehicle only in the daytime or a well-lit area.

  • It is prohibited to change the circuit or add other electric parts.

  • Inspect wires and connections of the vehicle periodically.

  • Do not let any child touch the wheels or be near them when the car is moving.

Information on the safe removal of the batteries or accumulators

  • Warning: Make sure the battery is completely drained.
  • First, use a screwdriver to loosen the knob on the seat, and open the seat. Then disconnect the plug that is connected to the power source. Next, use a screwdriver to remove the two screws on the battery protective cover and take off the cover. Then, unplug the connecting wire from the battery to remove the battery.
  • Carefully remove the battery or accumulator.
  • The battery or accumulator and the device can now be disposed of separately.

Install mudguard and front wheel

  1. Remove the preinstalled screws(C)1, machine screw(E)2 & Nut(F)*2.
  2. Insert the mudguard into the front fork.
  3. Fix the mudguard with screw(C).
  4. Connecting motor wire.
  5. Insert the front wheel into the front fork.
  6. Use machine screw(E)2 & Nut(F)2 to secure the front wheel.

Install the pedals and rear axle assembly

  1. Remove the screw(C)*4 preinstalled on each side of the body.
  2. Connect the control wire to the foot switch.
  3. Install the pedals on the bottom of the body and press down tightly to align the holes.
  4. Use screw(C)*4 to secure the pedal.
  5. Insert the rear axle assembly into the body.

Install rear and training wheels and handlebars

  1. Slide a washer(D) onto the rear axle.
  2. Slide rear wheel onto the rear axle.
  3. Slide a washer(D) onto the rear axle.
  4. Tighten a lock nut(B) to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. Repeat the above procedure to assemble the other rear wheel to the rear axle.
  5. Connect the motor power supply line and the light line.
  6. Align the holes on the body and the handlebar.
  7. Insert and secure with screw(A)1 & nut(B)1 by tools.

Connect the Power Supply

  1. Turn the knob on the seat to open the seat.
  2. Plug the battery connector into the red vehicle connector as shown.
  3. Close the seat and rotate the knob.

Use your New Ride-on

IMPORTANT!
Always stop vehicle when changing the speed or direction to avoid damaging the gears and motor

  1. Power button: Turn the power on and off.
  2. Forward-Back switch: Control the vehicle forward or reverse.
  3. Foot pedal: Step on the pedal to move the vehicle.

Use your New Ride-on

Dear customers, there are 2 modes(three-wheel&double wheel) for you to choose as your children’s age.

  • Mode 1: Three-wheel mode change to double-wheel mode
    • 1-2. Press the button inside the rear wheel to remove the entire rear wheel.
    • 3. Flip the rear wheels separately, install them back into the vehicle.
    • 4. Lift or turn the vehicle over, assemble the training wheel on the bottom of the pedal.
  • Mode 2 : Three-wheel mode
    • You can get this mode by the installation instruction.
    • If you play in double-wheel mode, press the button outside the rear wheel, remove and flip the entire rear wheel to assemble back, remove the training wheel.
      Note: Do not assemble the training wheel on the vehicle in three-wheel mode.

Charging

WARNING:
ONLY AN ADULT CAN CHARGE AND RECHARGE THE BATTERY!
WARNING:
This product with Charging Protection: When charging, all functions will be cut of f! Only an adult can charge and recharge the battery!

  • The POWER SWITCH must be turned in OFF position when charging.
  • Before the first use, you should charge the battery for 8-12 hours.
  • Do not recharge the battery for more than 12 hours to avoid overheating the charger.
  • When the vehicle begins to run slowly, recharge the battery.

Maintaining

  • It is parents’ responsibility to check main parts of the toy before using,must regularly examine for potential hazard, such as the battery, charger, cable or cord, plug, screws are fastening enclosure of other parts and that in the event of such damage, the toy must not be used until that damage had been properly removed.
  • Make sure the plastic parts of the vehicle are not cracked or broken.
  • Occasionally use a lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts such as wheels.
  • Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from wet weather.
  • Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and heaters.Plastic parts may melt.
  • Recharge the battery after each use. Only an adult can handle the battery.Recharge the battery at least once a month when the vehicle is not being used.
  • Do not wash the vehicle with a hose. Do not wash the vehicle with soap and water. Do not drive the vehicle in rainy or snowy weather. Water will damage the motor, electric system and battery.
  • Clean the vehicle with a soft, dry cloth. To restore shine to plastic parts,use a non-wax furniture polish. Do not use car wax. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Do not drive the vehicle in loose dirt, sand or fine gravel which could damage the moving parts, motors or the electric system.
  • When not using, all the electrical source should be turned off. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the battery connection.

Fuse

  • The battery features a thermal fuse with a rest fuse that will automatically trip and cut all power to the vehicle if the motor, electric system or battery is overloaded. The fuse will reset and power will be restored after the unit is turned OFF for 20 seconds and then turned ON again. If the thermal fuse trips repeatedly during normal use, the vehicle may need repair. Contact a qualified technician please.
    To avoid losing power, follow these guidelines:

  • Do not overload the vehicle.

  • Do not tow anything behind the vehicle.

  • Do not drive up steep slopes.

  • Do not drive into fixed objects, which may cause the wheels to spin, causing the motor to overheat.

  • Do not drive in very hot weather, components may overheat.

  • Do not allow water or other liquids to come in contact with the battery or other electric components.

  • Do not tamper with the electric system. Doing so may create a short, causing the fuse to trip.

Disposal Of Battery

  • Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
  • Do not dispose of your lead-acid battery in a fire. The battery may explode or leak.
  • Do not dispose of a lead-acid battery in your regular, household trash. The incineration, land filling or mixing of sealed lead-acid batteries with household trash is prohibited by law.
  • Our products are suitable for ASTM F963; EN71 and EN62115 standard.

  • DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.
    In case a return is required, the item must be returned in original box. Without this your return will not be accepted.

  • Take a photo of the box markings.
    A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.

  • Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable).
    A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.

  • Send us an email with the images requested.
    Email us directly from marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
